Definitely stay somewhere else
Pros:

My prepaid non refundable booking were not accepted by the owner. I was forced to pay extra or to leave in a very unfriendly way.
Owner will take advantage of getting guests via Expedia but will let the guest pay the commission + extra.

Seems to be like a common behaviour.

Better find something else around!
