The place was clean, and the staff was well behaved.
Hotel didn't provide card payment, only cash or Gpay was accepted.
Location is bit hard to reach.
The Manager, was extremely rude with zero hospitality. This booking was not on our list , but due to an unexpected car breakdown on our way to Dwarka we had to book this place in the midnight and we checked in only at 1 am Offcourse after reading through the policy guidelines etc on the app. We even called beforehand to let them know we will be checking by 1 am and there was no information of the documents needed etc . Upon reaching , even with all 7 of us being tired we scanned the documents, and then once we received the key they called us on the intercom and asked us to vacate all 3 rooms as one of the room was for a couple and their last names did not match ! It was not about the documentation need itself but the way he assumed that we were not a couple was very disturbing and insulting specially at 1am . We thankfully had our registration soft copy handy which we shared as we only had married 2 weeks back, for which he couldn’t say anything but he kept raising his voice and speaking which is totally opposite of hospitality. Bring rated as 5 star on just dial this is totally not acceptable.. I seriously hope that you share this feedback and experience with the higher management as we couldn’t as we had to check out early to start our trip to Dwarka .. this feedback will allow the higher management to take action so they don’t lose their customers because of someone’s else’s behaviour.
