It waa booked at the wrong motel 6 and when I called booking.com to change to correct address i was told your couldn't change it. I waa force to stay at a location i knew nothing about or i would lose my money. The room stink, no hot water, the refrigerator wouldn't open. And it wasn't at the hotel i wanted!! A waste of money and I will NEVER book with your AGAIN!!!
The fact that your couldn't help me and change it to the location it was supposed to be at. Your took my money but yet you couldn't help me. Would never book with your AGAIN!!
The only thing I like about the company that it was surround by a lot of shopping places!
How dirty it was! And how unkept it was!
Nothing … it was so bad we left and didn’t get a refund either .
Everything it was crackhead city.
The fact that I was given a room that appeared to be occupied. The bed was disheveled. It stunk. The bathroom was in disarray. I was surprised to not have been comped due to poor management and housekeeping.
It’ll do the job if you just need a place to crash for one night.
Worst experience ever. Pube hairs in the bed, stains on the sheets, door knob fell off, electrical plug wires hanging out wall behind the bed, most disgusting place ive ever been to.. we stayed for about 15min and left

Love everything about it
They closed down, we had to go somewhere else.
This motel permantly closed 2 weeks prior to our arrival and changed names to a motel 6. We were not notified of any of this until we got to the motel. When we arrived the motel looked like a crack joint and we were totally shocked that no one sent us notification of the red roof closure.
Thankfully we were able to find a hotel as walkin esp for July 4th.
Terrible.
Room I received was not what I booked. Black mold everywhere. Asked for a refund and they said it wasn’t their problem and to take it up with Expedia. Then Expedia said it wasn’t their problem as the vendor had already taken the money. Do not book this hotel and honestly don’t book with Expedia.
We booked this hotel months in advance and arrived after a 6+ hour drive—only to face one issue after another. First impression: the property was filthy. It smelled bad, and we passed two rooms with doors completely torn off. Inside, we saw broken fixtures, trashed furniture, and heavy dust. It looked abandoned. There was dog poop all over the grassy areas. If the outside looked that bad, I can’t imagine the quality of the inside of the hotel rooms.
Trying to find the lobby was confusing. The sign pointed to one entrance, but we were told to use a different, dirty glass door next to vending machines—one of which didn’t work. The room was small, hot, and the AC wasn’t working. The receptionists were unfriendly. We asked for early check-in and were told no, so we waited nearby for 2 hours.
At 3 PM, we returned only to be told no rooms were available—despite having a confirmed reservation. The guest ahead of us got checked in, but we and the family behind us were denied. The other guest became visibly upset and started yelling at staff. No apologies were given. We were told to cancel our reservation and call a number to request a refund.
We were left with four teenagers and no place to stay. We had to scramble to find alternative accommodations—most hotels were booked due to a concert.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a nightmare from start to finish.
Pros: The room was large and clean. The AC kept us good and cool. The hotel is very close to Atlanta Braves Stadium and to the interstate—a good value for an older hotel. Also, I did not see a single bug, which was a plus, because previous hotel guests had left bad reviews.
.
Cons: I needed a downstairs room because I am handicapped but we were put on the second floor. The outdoor stairs leading to the second floor had broken steps, and the handrails were unsteady. I do understand this is an older hotel. I was able to get up the stairs with help from my family. In our room, there was a hole in the wall by the sink. When we checked out, I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. We just left the key by the bed.
We came to Atlanta, GA, for the Stray Kids concert at Truist Stadium and were only staying for one night, then heading back to Tennessee. This hotel is in a nice, quiet area, and for just one night we had a positive stay.
