Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

On Saturdays and the Jewish holidays, check-in is only possible after 18:00.

The location is amazing.
סופיה מדהימה , הכל היה נקי ומסודר אוויריה נעימה וכיפית כמובן שאחזור שוב
איטס טעים. בלתי סביר ובלתי נסבל להמתין כחצי שעה (!!!) בכל בוקר לארוחת בוקר פשוטה וסטנדרטית
מים נשפכו החוצה מהמקלחת. הצטערנו שלא היה מגב כמו בצימרים (מה שכמובן לא אמור להיות במלון יוקרתי, אבל זה היה עוזר שלא נדשדש במים באמבטיה…)
לא נכנס איש מצוות הניקיון ביומיים וחצי ששהיתי בחדר. פגשתי את אחד מהצוות וביקשתי מגבת רגליים חדשה נוספת וסבון. סופיה קיבלה את פני והייתה מאירת פנים ומקסימה. שאר החברה לא טרחו לשאול בכלל ״מה נשמע״…
קבלת הפנים נעימה ויעילה, הקדימו לנו את הצ'ק אין כשהגענו ב10 וחצי בבוקר, בלובי שתיה וכיבוד חופשי (העוגיות המלוחות מעולות!!!), הצוות נחמד ועוזר. החדרים נקיים ונעימים, מיטות נוחות.
המיקום עבורנו היה מעולה לכל מקום שרצינו להגיע מקסימום רבע שעה הליכה ולרוב פחות. תחבורה ציבורית לא עוברת ברחוב וזה מצוין, אך מסביב לו במרחק של דקות מעטות יש אוטובוסים.
בית הקפה שמתחת למלון שווה טעים ונוח. נשמח להמליץ על המקום.
היה חסר לנו בחדר כיסא/הדום/שרפרף שניתן להניח עליו את התיקים או בגדים שפושטים לאיוורור, למרות שיש ארון ששימש אותנו נאלצנו לשים גם דברים על הרצפה.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel Sam & Blondy pour son accueil et surtout pour son professionnalisme exceptionnel. Une équipe souriante, disponible, attentive et toujours à l’écoute des clients. On ressent une véritable volonté de faire en sorte que le séjour soit agréable du début à la fin.
Une expérience vraiment réussie. Je recommande sans hésitation et je donne la note de 10/10 !
