Pros:

the pool and jacuzzi was nice and good temperatures.
breakfast was good

Cons:

the first person we had contact with at reception was not very friendly but the second one was much nicer to deal with.
the price was a little high for the type of accomodation and amenities offered.

Unfortunately, an uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

We always enjoyed our stay and pick this hotel as it feels the most safe and family friendly place.

Cons:

The hotel is supposed to be a no pet allowed policy. However, there are guess with pets and at check-in I specifically ask for a room that was a no-pets room. But they continue to give us the same room - on the bottom floor that is used for pet-families. My kids and I are allergic to animal dandruff and animal hair. The last two times we’ve been here we had loud upstairs neighbors yelling and jumping and we were in a room with pet hair. So our stay wasn’t the best. When I spoke to the front desk, they shrugged it off as if it had nothing to do with them and blame me for booking with the hotel. Very few of the staff are understanding and assist us. But the other few have an attitude and their demeanor is careless

Hope renovation fixes things for the better.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious.

Cons:

The tub/showers drain was clogged/very slow to drain. Nasty!
The walls are thin and all noises and sound can be heard. People slamming doors.
Hotel is next to freight train tracks so we heard it all day and evening.
