Very comfortable bed and overall the whole facility was clean! Bonus the laundry and very nice pool,
Pros:

Everything was really good here. Bonus the laundry! The beds were very comfortable! Nice room and very clean. The receptionist was so lovely, I think her name was Karla. The boys loved the pool after a long day travelling and walking around GC all day. I was relieved to have a laundry.

Cons:

Breakfast a little crowded and could have been a little bit cleaner. It took some time to have the milk restocked but it was a good breakfast. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner was very very loud and way too close to the bed so I didn't have the best sleep.

Nice lobby, but rooms could use an upgrade.
Pros:

Front desk staff and cleaning staff were super nice.
Lobby is super cute and the plants everywhere was a nice touch!!!
Breakfast was exceptional! Loved free!

Bed was super comfy!!!

Cons:

The rooms were definitely outdated and on the small side.

Cons:

Smokers outside the entry door, so we had to walk through a cloud of smoke and then it carried into the lobby. The outlets in the room were all loose and didn't hold any of our plugs in and the towel hook in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, appearing to be patched, but never fully repaired.

Pros:

We liked pretty much everything except the toilets were very low for tall people!
The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were great!

Great staff, great breakfast
Pros:

Great breakfast, didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but there is one and a jacuzzi as well

Cons:

Was super disappointed to discover that guest laundry has hours. 8:30-21:30.
It should be in a private room where guests can do their laundry 24/7

Family Friendly!
Pros:

This hotel was in a great location. We are a 5 person family and lots of other families that were staying here (so very family friendly) and made things a lot funner for the kids at the pool. The pool and hot tub were great and clean. Breakfast was great-can get a little crowded based on the time.

Good value for money
Pros:

The staff was so kind, helpful and accommodating! The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. They had a microwave, fridge and room safe. I didn't have the breakfast as I was in a hurry to get on the road but it smelled delicious and looked like a great variety of choices! It was right next to a Jack in the Box and a Chevron.

Cons:

The hotel looks really run down. I know that isn't the staff's fault, and like I say it was clean. The vending machine charged $3 for a bottle of water!!! That's why it's nice to have the Chevron next door.
