Pros:

L'emplacement, juste devant la station de métro Sakurajima et à une station de métro d'Universal Studio Japan. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la taille de la chambre, la propreté, le Spa, le petit déjeuner et le cadre.

Pros:

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, shout out to Ms Nishida San at concierge, she helped us to find the lost passports, saved our trip. Will definitely come back, it’s my first choice of Ōsaka.

L’hôtel est vraiment très beau, et nous avons été bien accueilli, vous êtes à une quinzaine de minutes d’Universal Studios et la station de métro qui est en face est vraiment pas pratique

Polite, cheerful and helpful staff. New , clean and spacious facilities. Decent free weight gym (26kg dumbbell, 130kg plates).. 5-star spa, steam and sauna. Great water view. Convenient location, directly opposite the train station. Handy laundry..

Cons:

良くなかったところはありません。
強いて言えば快適さと引き換えにタオルが使い放題だったり、歯ブラシが部屋にも大浴場にもあったり、エコフレンドリーではないように感じました。

Great option for universal studios
Pros:

The location is great for those visiting universal studios. The hotel has a lot of infrastructure and you get more value for your buck.

Cons:

Food options are limited around the hotel and the restaurants within it are really expensive. Going to downtown Osaka was not as bad as we thought (20 minutes with subway), but coming back from the palace was a hassle.
