施設的には勿論のこと、
スタッフの方の丁寧な対応に大満足です。

Cons:

ふた部屋予約した一つの部屋の湯沸かしポットが、なかなか時間がかかってわかなかったので、困ったのが、残念でした。

Pros:

Loved the spa, the massage chairs, the grand foyer, beds, bathrooms, the dinner buffet. Lovely to come back to a spa and a quality meal after Universal. Great stay.

Cons:

Couldnt get a coffee in the am without paying for the full buffet. Had to go to 7/11 next door. Pretty good if you need to.
Also, alcohol was not included in the buffet. It was $70 pp. I thought they could provide even a complimentary beer/ wine. Anyway minor it was a lovely meal and a perfect setting.
