Pros:

Il consierge è stato di una gentilezza rara e preziosa, estremamente gentile e disponibile.
La posizione è stupenda: ho avuto la stanzetta più in alto, con una deliziosa vista ad est.
Tornerò sicuramente, se non altro per ridere di quanto l'hotel sia incredibilmente sgangherato.

Cons:

Non c'era neanche una lampadina vicina al letto: soltanto 4 polverosi porta lampada vuoti.
L'unica luce della stanza sfarfallava allegramente.
Il bagno era cieco e piccino piccino.
La lucetta dello specchio del bagno era 'sullo' specchio, in piena altezza occhi: stupenda.
Per ben due volte gli addetti alle pulizie hanno dimenticato curiosi foglietti in codice sul tavolino della stanza.
I fori di scarico di bidet e lavandino non avevano alcuna grigia o filtro e condividevano un solo tappo.
Le porte della doccia si aprivano da sole e non c'era verso di tenerle chiuse.
Lo scarico del water era rumorosissimo e ci metteva una vita a riempirsi.
Le lenzuola erano bucate.
Gli asciugamani erano macchiati (di ruggine?).

Posizione comoda e ben servita anche a livello di trasporto publico.
Gradita la colazione offera in un bar pasticceria molto buona!

Sono stata una notte con mia figlia per un concerto a Le Capannelle e devo che per eventi di questo genere è perfetto! Comodo, in un pasese non affollato e molto carino, albergo modesto ma pulito..
Contornato da tanti piccoli locali carini e tante botteghe alimentari.

Cons:

Locali un po' "trascurari" anche se puliti. Servirebbe forse una piccola ristruttirazione interna.

The location

Cons:

The hotel didnot anwer the phone although i tried to call 3 times. No response to my email either, in which I alerted them to my arrival time. The hotel had given my room to someone else, when I arrived. They did organise an equivalent room, so no lasting hassle. The staff at the new place did speak English, which helped.

Pros:

Posizione, camera con vista panoramica, folclore della proprietà/gestione "vintage"

Cons:

Struttura datata, la prima notte ci è stato dato un letto matrimoniale nonostante la richiesta di due letti singoli (nei giorni successivi tutto ok)

Pros:

Posizione stupenda. Un bellissimo panorama in zona centrale e tranquilla del centro storico,

Cons:

Inultile girarci intorno. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un deciso cambio di gestione e di una profonda ristrutturazione. Avrebbe ottime potenzialità ma non si spendono un minimo per rendere più confortevole il soggiorno, l'hanno lasciata in abbandono. Un vero peccato.

In hindsight I would have paid more to be elsewhere
Pros:

the location is really great, easily accessible from the train station (10 mins walking), and the view is pretty great.
The bed was clean, and that's the only reason I put up with this stay for this one single night.

Cons:

A second bed (that we didn't really need) was removed while we were out, pillows were left behind. Toothpaste, socks and a jacket from previous guest(s) were left all over the room.
The room and the restroom were really not clean. In the morning we were also awaken (twice at 8 and 9am) by someone from staff wanting to clean (I suppose) and telling us that the key to the room was at the lobby and questioning if (I) wasn't going to work that day (!??).

My standards are very low compared to most people, I tolerate a lot, but this was a bit too much for me as well.
