Een adres waar je je onmiddellijk welkom voelt. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met veel verse en lokale producten.

pagas únicamente por la ubicación y las vistas, pero los servicios y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones no están a la altura de lo que cobran.
El sitio muy bonito pero todo muy sucio
El dormitorio olía a humedad muchísimo y no estaba limpio. El baño no estaba mal pero nada limpio. La casa es muy bonita pero es una pena que esté tan dejada
L'accueil était très agréable, la maison est typique et la chambre familiale est grande avec des lits de bonne qualité.
La salle est très vétuste et pas vraiment propre elle aurait besoin d'être rénovée.
Les chambres n'étaient pas très propres non plus avec de la poussière vers les prises de télé, un mouchoir usagé sous le minibar, des taches sur le tour de lit.
Le prix demandé est trop élevé pour les prestations offertes...
One of the most memorable places we have ever stayed – a place I would gladly return to and highly recommend to others. The atmosphere and the surrounding views are truly wonderful. The hotel is located in a beautifully restored authentic old house, preserving its unique character.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well ventilated. Breakfast was excellent, prepared with high-quality local ingredients – including freshly cooked eggs. The hotel offers two cosy lounges, a terrace, and a bar open until 22:00. After that, guests can use the self-service bar and simply write down what they take on a note and settle the payment later.
Alejandro is a wonderful hotel manager – attentive, welcoming, and truly contributes to the warm atmosphere of the place.
La ubicación perfecta para pasar unos días,a unos minutos en coche de la playa la Espasa,y chiringuitos ,y otras playas como playa de Vega. A 15 minutos de Ribadesella.

One of the first points is the service we had when we arrived. A person worried that everything is okay with the Hotel, attentive and someone who can be spoken to a little. We also really like the surroundings of the mountains and we really like the interior decoration and all the trust placed in us by the person who welcomed us to feel comfortable at the Hotel and use the space. It is indeed a very pleasant space, well decorated and those who attended us were sympathetic and concerned. It is also a very quiet hotel
The less positive points will be the Internet, in our room very bad, perhaps due to the thick walls and we were unlucky to have fallen immense rain and hail that created problems in the kitchen and we can not thus try breakfast.

Lo mejor de todo ha sido la atención. Pocas veces he visto a alguien tan amable y atento como el encargado del alojamiento. De 10. Además, el lugar es fantástico. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares, servicios, desayuno muy recomendable y una ubicación fantástica.
La pena de no haber disfrutado las maravillosas zonas comunes.

Se recogían las habitaciones pero no se limpiaba nada, estaba todo muy sucio.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful hotel. The man who runs it is very kind and answered all our questions about the area. In addition to our spacious rooms there is also a living room, reading room, kitchen and two outdoor sitting areas. From the outdoor sitting patio you get either a beautiful view of the mountains or a view of the cows in the hills. We were told some of the floors are from the original structure, over 100+ years old. Breakfast is also very good with some local products. It is a good relaxing hotel, short drive down to the beach or you can walk around Caravia/Duesos to see the hórreos. We booked one night but loved it so much we stayed for another night.
