The fact that I made a reservation and Allison informed me that all of the rooms looked alike and were all the same, was inaccurate. I had to ask to change rooms because, I assume a previous guest burned and ripped a large piece of the old dirty carpet out in the middle of the room, plus the walls were dirty and doors, broken lamp and I knew I couldn't get into the tub, plus behind the beds was not clean. I felt terrible especially since I made the reservation and I previously have stayed here before. No one should be given that room until it has been repaired, painted and properly cleaned! The new room Kathy switched me to was like night and day. Clean and plenty of space. But I was shocked at the amount of trash by the door by the pool that was never removed. The lobby had a fan that appeared to have been drying the old carpet from a flood and it was smelly. The 2nd floor by the back parking lot needs painting immediately, plus all entry doors were proped open after hours. That's definitely a safety issue. Guest should use their key cards for entry, Please take down the sign out front that states" Newly remolded rooms" because that's definitely a lie! You have got to do better and train your staff properly. Just because you have great week day prices, does not mean you don't have to provide quality and quantity services.

Dirty. Holes in the door. Took over an hour to check in with no apology. Loud guests late at night.

The rooms were completely filthy and run down. Floors were torn up and soaked from ac unit pouring water out, hallways were littered with cigarette buts and haven't been cleaned in months. They kept a huge dumpster of garbage right below my door, so every time you open the door it stinks like rancid trash. And flies would come in. Carpets were ripped. Walls had dirt smears all over them. The bleach smell was obnoxious, because they were trying to c9ver up all the black mold in the bathroom. The doors had pry marks on them like someone had tried to break in. I normally never complain. But this was just the worst place I've ever stayed. If I could have found a different place to stay with 2 rooms. I would have.

Room in poor condition. Carpet was torn up. Was a "non-smoking room" but smelled like cigarettes. They relocated us to a different "non-smoking" room, but also smelled like cigarettes. Definitely was way overpriced for what you get.

Not the cleanest. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. Pieces of floor molding missing and dirt behind falling out all over

Many service guests aren’t nice or be polite

Non smoking room smelled of cigarettes, floor tiles in bathroom peeling up, dirty and smelly mini fridge, someone else's clothes left behind in dresser drawer and lots of cracks in the doors letting flys and bugs in.
