I had a water leak in my room from the storm it rained in my bathroom and little hallway. No type of compensation was offered.
The pool
The plumbing wasn’t working when I first walked in a used the bathroom
The location is about as good as you can get if you aren’t staying ocean front. The prices are very fair compared to everything else around, you get what you pay for.
My room had a very, very strong lingering cigarette smoke smell that you would get used to after a few minutes, just unpleasant to walk back into after you've been out.
Close to outlets and shopping areas
Some of interior stuff needs repair or replace like bed sheets
It is very old looking. But we still enjoyed our stay and the room was nice except the tub was very old and stained. But overall, it was nice. We would stay again. Thank you
The Hotel needs lots of upgrades and air conditioning in the hallways and elevator. The trash cans everywhere were full the whole time we were there. It would have been nice to have some hot food for the free breakfast.
The balcony
The check in. was told that I could pay cash once I got to the facility and upon check-in the young man working there Mark said oh I don’t take any cash because my Manager’s not here. He then ran mine and my partner’s credit card multiple times so they were flagged for fraudulent activity. Had to go down the road to the grocery store to get gift cards that we had to pay a $20 fee for both cards. Then the attendant ran those cards so many times that they were unusable.

Little far from beach
I loved the room and how spacious they are! The pool felt great!
The elevator toward the office wasnt working at the moment so you’d either have to go up the stairs or all the way around to get upstairs
Location
Some large families come and kids take over the pool screaming. Also some large families take over the breakfast room. Took all the muffins and hogged the actual counter and we couldn’t get in to get the food. What was left of it anyway.
It was beside Cracker Barrel.
The carpet was old, bumpy, and damp/musty smelling. There were stains on the walls & ceiling. The bathroom had water stains on the bottom of the door, mold behind the door and the tub looked really old. The mini fridge ran with a loud noise that made it hard to sleep.
The place was a great value. Arrived 30 minutes before check in. Not a problem. Very close to tons of things and not real far to the beaches and downtown.
The room I was given wasn't the one I booked. We were comped an early check in and the room wasn't too different I didn't mention it. It can get a bit loud at times. It's a busy place.
