Maze like building design. It's hard to find proper exits to locate your vehicle.

I didn’t like that the toilet didn’t work in the first room, and it was dirty, so they moved me to another room. Then when I got to the other room, the TV wasn’t even centered on the wall, it was way smaller than the one in the first room, and it wasn’t even plugged in. When I plugged it in, it didn’t work. Some of the lights didn’t work either. It smelled like cigarettes and just I didn’t feel clean there at all to the point I got itchy . I grabbed all my stuff and left like I couldn’t stay through the night I was so disgusted and so hurt my money was wasted on my birthday night for that!!

There was smoking in a non-smoking rooms,

Was supposed to had smoking room but when I got there it wasn't..

Honestly just the cable set up. But I don't really think that's something they can fix. Most channels are super fuzzy and I mainly had it on for background noise.

Price! The last two times I booked they jumped the price 50 to 100 bucks in less than 24 hours. Forgot to finish booking the room, went to finish it the very next day and it was 50 to 100 bucks more for the same room same days. And to be honest their rooms aren't worth what they charge anyway. The rooms are not cleaned well, falling apart, have peeling paint and mildew in the bathrooms. I bring my own cleaners because usually the rooms aren't cleaned the greatest. The hotel always smells of smoke and weed. Its ridiculous, and overpowering. Every floor any time of day or night. And there are huge gaps around all the doors so the smoke/smell goes in all the rooms. They need comforters on their beds! Not just a thin sheet and a thin blanket. I hate the room they put us in. I say it every time they put us in that type room. They only have one night stand. And a huge loud ac/heat unit right next to the bed always blowing right on you. Cool when I want warm and warm when I want cool. Very uncomfortable and hard to sleep. Some may like it I hate it! I want an end table. To put all my stuff. Like a drink or phohe. And I hate having the air blowing on me from a foot away. And they need to give you more supplies if you have longer stays! More towels, more soap more coffee more toilet paper. They give you one days worth when you are gonna be there for 3 or 4 days or more. We pay for it. Its included in the price of the room. At least thats what they say. We have ran out several times. So we usually bring out own just in case. And paying what we pay we shouldn't have to bring our own supplies. Especially when they say its all included. I wish they had real breakfast options. They say they have breakfast but its barely a breakfast I would call ot more of a continental breakfast at best. Most have options. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, muffins, bagels. Lots of different options.
