Rubbish

The room was good, but it didn't have a mini fridge. The area is notoriously dirty, lots of homeless, but they didn't pose a threat. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores nearby.

I felt safe and was appreciative of parking being included. It was a short walk away from multiple fun food and entertainment options. Great place in the tenderloin

Next to a bad neighborhood, sidewalks blocked by homeless encampments, strong odor of urine in stair well.
I would not stay here again.

Not having a refrigerator was a bummer. Shower had standing water. It's priced right and employees are helpful and nice.

The hotel was decent and the manager was very kind and helpful. But the area around the hotel was sketchy.

It’s not located in the best area of San Francisco

The people that were working were very nice and friendly. The surrounding area was kind of loud at night but I was able to sleep.

Very nice for the location. Would be better if rooms had a fridge and microwave. Property also needs ice machine.

Room was really nice. Communication with person was difficult because couldn't understand what he was saying through plexiglass. Deposit was almost as much as the room, and 4 days later I'm still waiting to get it back.

Got there early and was allowed to check in. Room was super clean.

The area is very unsafe. The guy running the place is weird too. We felt like he was watching us the whole time so it made us feel so uneasy. Our friend said he zoomed into the camera of our car when she checked in the second room. (We were still in the car). He called our second room with only girls in it to make sure we were awake for check out but we never requested this. Also left the light off in the room and we saw it was turned on when we came back which is weird?????

We had 5 people total. 3 in one and 2 in the other. When it came to check out, he was giving me a hard time saying I only booked one room for 2 and that he is going to have to charge an extra person fee. I booked for 3 btw. He was so confident that I booked for 2. He went to bring back the paper I signed and it said 2 NIGHTS and 3 GUESTS. This guy needs to double check himself before trying to call out customers. He also made a copy of my ID & my credit card. Is that legal??? I also had to write my address and ID number on the paper he gave which was weird.

We had a terrible experience here. The rooms are A LOT smaller than what the photo shows. It felt so dirty. The blow dryer is so outdated. I've never seen a blow dryer like that ever. The tube where the air is supposed to come out is yellow?? It looked so gross and crusty. The water was NOT draining the bathtub. There were so many things wrong about this place like I really cannot put it in a review. I really should've done better research.

This hotel is located in the middle of Centro so it is noisy all day and night
