Pros:

Was ok, juices are watered down I would consider it more like a continental breakfast they picture a long counter with buffet pans and the works don't let them fool you people it was a joke! You ought to be ashamed of yourself woodland hotel!

Cons:

I had a handicapped room, no shampoo, only had 2 towels floor was dirty I didn't want a handicapped room they wouldn't change my room, I will never stay there again,

I will never go to a quality Inn ever again. The staff was rude and unhelpful and called me a liar.
Pros:

This place was rude and unhelpful and did not allow me to stay because they said I had a pet and they were not pet friendly. booking.com said they were friendly and I’ve been giving getting the runaround about how to handle my denial of a room

Cons:

They could’ve let me stay there with my pet because they advertised as pet friendly on booking.com. I was there for a dog show and I was left with no room at 5 o’clock in the afternoon and no offered to help with an alternative.

The hotel is in a decent location but not the cleanest. For what we paid it was fine.
Pros:

The room was spacious and there was lots of food options within walking distance. There was also plenty of parking.

Cons:

We were looking forward to the on sight gym but it was pretty weak. The room was not very clean, the carpet was dingy and there were random stains on the walls throughout the room.
