very comfortable with friendly efficient service from the staff - location is quiet too.
Pros:

The bed was the comfiest we have had for many years - last time was in Dublin!

Cons:

to be nit picky - the hand sanitiser stations were never filled - despite requests - and the tea light went out on the free tea in reception! :>)

Ok for a quick stay
Pros:

On a tour so not aware of costs. Buffet was very nice, room had small beds, pool was cool, sauna was great after swim. Reception staff were lovely and helpful

Nicht buchen oder zumindest nicht auf Upgrade Angebote eingehen

Das Hotel an sich war ok

Cons:

Mir wurde ein Upgrade auf eine Suite (gegen Bezahlung) angeboten was ich angenommen habe. Über booking.com wurden dann aber zwei (!) Zimmer belastet, das „alte“ sowie das Upgrade Zimmer. Booking.com verweist auf das Hotel, das Hotel verweist auf booking.com… Jeder sagt, es würde erstattet, wenn der andere zustimmt, aber nichts passiert… Kommunikation mit booking.com extrem unbefriedigend, nur Autmatische KI Antworten..

Pros:

Das Personal war super nett, es gibt außerdem eine Schokoladen stunde jeden tag mit einem Schokoladen Buffet. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht sehr groß, der Platz reicht aber aus zu zweit. Das Frühstück ist großartig und auch das Abendessen im hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. In der Sauna und im pool ist nie viel los und auch das gym ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Es dauert nur ein paar Minuten in die stadt.

Was very impressed and will stay again when in Wellington.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly/lively and welcoming. I loved the location, being able to easily walk to everything we needed and great that the staff took care of parking our vehicle.
