都内では普通かな！
Pros:

スタッフは外国人ですが問題なし。

不満だらけです。３泊したのですが、お風呂のシャワーシート(？)普通湯船の高さより長いのが普通なのに短く切ってあって、シャワーを浴びるたびに水滴が湯船の外に出てしまいびしょびしょになって不快でした。シャワー浴びる度にマットを絞らなくではいけないほどびしょびしょになりました。
あときちんと掃除をしていないのか所々汚かった。
友達も他の部屋で泊まったのですが、きちんと掃除されてなくて埃がひどかったと言ってました。
違う友達はチェックインして部屋に行ったら、掃除自体してなくて部屋を変えて貰ったと言ってました。
こんな事は初めてです。前は良かったのに…
直した方が良いと思います。

Godt hotel i forhold til prisen. Det ligger tæt på en metrostation så man nemt kan komme indtil Shinjuku eller Shibuya.

掃除無しの時の対応、説明して！
Pros:

廊下が狭く部屋の前が掃除道具用品の置き場。
なので、掃除の時間は廊下にタオルやシーツが、散乱。
連泊の掃除無しに付いての案内無し。部屋の取説にも記載無い。なのでタオル交換が、出来なかった。

駅から近く、周辺は飲食店やコンビニが多くあり、非常に便利。スタッフは外国人だったが、日本語も堪能で、きちんと教育されている感じで、印象は良かった。内線電話が無いのは驚いたが、何のことはないと思う。

値段の安い所を探したので喫煙室で予約をしましたが喫煙室でももう少し臭いが無ければ…と思いました。
もう少し臭いを消せるのでは？と思いました。
他は綺麗でしたし、隣の音もあまり聞こえず静かで良かったです。

Pros:

高田馬場駅近くのイベントに参加する為に利用しましたが、駅から割と近くにあり、チェックイン前に荷物も預ける事が出来て良かったです。ただ枕や寝具が湿ってる感じがしたので、そこだけが残念でした。
