Excelente ubicacion, excelente cuarto espacioso
Pros:

Ubicacion fue excelente, la verdad lo mejor que puedes pedir en Tokio, la verdad si me soprendio que tenga muchas tiendas alrededor y aparte que tenga lavanderia.
El cupon de desayuno esta ok para iniciar el dia.

El equipo en recepcion y limpieza fue muy amable y si fueron claro explicando las reglas de la estadia.

Cons:

Algunos puertos de enchufe del escritorio se sobrecalentaban bastante y preocupaba por el tema de que sea algo de falso contacto del enchufe.

Necesita una limpieza urgente los filtros de aire acondicionado tanto como el del cuarto como el del baño ya que se ve que tiene moho. Parte de la cortina de la ducha tambien tenia moho.

ベッドやタオルは清掃の度に完璧だった。

机の下に食べこぼしか何かが落ちていて埃等がまとわりついていた。臨機応変な清掃はあまり期待できないかもしれない。

Great location for my first time in Japan.

The bed is very basic and uncomfortable. No room cleaning. I booked with breakfast but the restaurant they sent me said they don't do with the hotel. I went back to hotel counter but unattended for long time.
