Not going there or any Red Roof inns next time. Should have done my research!!
Pros:

The staff were decent, helpful people.

Cons:

It was a bit scary. The 2 nights we were there found a bit of unruly crowd on the property late night making a lot of noise. Found one person smoking marijuana in the common area outside her room multiple times. It was hard walking past with that smell around. There was a police car parked in the parking lot with headlights on watching both nights . Also heard police sirens multiple times in the night.
In short not a safe place to stay especially for families.The rooms were neat but basic. The sink took time to drain.

Bad stay wasted my money poor room conditions
Pros:

There was nothing that stood out to like. The hotel is damaged and need inspection

Cons:

Bed was not fresh nor brand new , hard bed and the bedding wasn't clean had red stains on the bedding, bathroom shower was stomped up, loud noise sound when running the shower
Outside of room door is dirty, the entire property need to get a deep pressure wash in front of room doors, it's nasty and dirty, plus dogs on the property which als ruins the stay. I couldn't sleep in the bed i was uncomfortable with the bed , the bathroom ceiling was dirty and stained as well
