Will never stay here again.
Pros:

The young lady that checked me in was very friendly. That was about it.

Cons:

Property was very dirty and run down looking. Room was terrible. Very dirty, out dated and just bad. Outside door had no working deadbolt and the door security latch was barely hanging on. Bathroom was dirty, floors were dirty, just bad.

I've had two experiences at this location during which bugs were an issue in my room. One time was cockroaches. The second time... I'm honestly not sure what the bugs were. I've never seen anything like it.

Durable for a night stay
Pros:

I like the fact that it was close to the MGM

Cons:

The carpet had a very bad smell, and the refrigerator still had old food still in it. The shower ceiling had black mold. Wasn't comfortable with the traffic of men. And the noise of someone skateboarding down the corridor early in the morning and no breakfast
