Cons:

I never checked in the room because it wasn't stated until after booking that I needed a credit card to check in. Requested a refund or even just a partial refund 10 minutes after booking and never got a response back. Now I'm $175 in the hole simply because they don't want to handle it. Incredibly unprofessional.
