Loved the property. The website does definitely state its rural, so it warns you, but it does also mention that its just 2 buses from Alicante airport, and fails to mention the one hour and 10 minute walk from castalla to the hotel. Totally worth it, beautiful hotel to set up a retreat for yourself for a couple days, but people might struggle in the heat woth the walk if planning on taking buses

Esperaba otra cosa, no hay recepcionista es una máquina.
Está en mitad del campo, pone ubicación Castalla pero muy muy a las afueras de Castalla.

Hemos estado cómodos ,lo que no me gustó que uno de los días ni nos hicieron la habitación y no nos pusieron los geles de ducha ,la entrada a la estancia fue con una máquina que nos revisaba la reserva y nos dio las llaves y sin ver a ningún empleado

La limpieza del baño deja algo que desear.

Beautiful place. Were there off season. No reception, check-in through an automat which unfortunately didn't work. Had to call Spanish number and the person spoke English and was very helpful. Cosy fireplace in the lobby. Snacks and coffee in vending machine. Shopping and restaurants in nearby (5 mins by car).

Le site est très beau, l'hôtel semble être une grande et ancienne maison de famille isolée au milieu des oliviers. Les chambres sont immenses avec un plafond très haut. Tout est propre. Mais quel accueil! Nous sommes reçus par une machine devant la porte close. Il faut entrer un code que l'on est sensé avoir reçu la veille (je l'attend encore). Le numéro d'appel du propriétaire n'est pas renseigné sur le site de l'hôtel! En fouillant sur le site Hotels.com nous avons enfin pu le retrouver. La personne ne parlait qu'espagnol mais nous a aimablement communiqué les codes d'entrée de nos chambres. Après une interminable séquence avec la machine nous avons enfin pu entrer. La machine a débité nos cartes bleues, demandé 2 fois notre email, nous n'avons rien reçu depuis, même pas la facture! A l'intérieur aucun personnel, cela sent un peu le renfermé, mais c'est propre. L'ensemble est très mal insonorisé, ancienne maison oblige, on entend tout. Deux distributeurs permettent de grignoter pour le repas avec des petits sandwiches et de prendre un café. Pas de poubelle près des machines. Impression un peu sinistre à l'intérieur. Bref, je ne renouvellerai pas cette expérience d'être reçu par une machine, même dans un bel hôtel comme celui-ci.

We liked the shared kitchen and common spaces. Didn’t like the posting was not accurate and stated a fitness center which was not a thing.

El hotel estaba totalmente aislado y sin recepcionista. El check in es con una máquina.
Se oye todo entre habitaciones.
La carretera para llegar es muy mala.

Endroit magnifique, chambres spacieuses.

No contestaban al teléfono de atención. Fue imposible encontrar el hotel, dado que la dirección indicada en la página no era correcta. Se intento llamar y durante una hora el teléfono comunicando. Al final tuve que reservar una habitación por mi cuenta en otro hotel. Horrible

Un lugar idilico y de sueño.El hotel muy bonito y muy acogedor,ideal para pasar varios dias de relax.

Me gusto el entorno tan maravilloso donde está, el hotel en si es muy bonito y acogedor y el personal agradable, haciéndolo todo sencillo y cómodo. Lo q no me gustó fue la limpieza de la habitación, q era bastante escasa

Rymligt rum men smal dubbelsäng. Dåligt skyltad tillfart så svårt att hitta i mörker. Minus att restaurangen var stängd för säsongen. Plus för bra värme och fransktalande personal.

Second time there. Great for dogs with the hotel gardens and fields all around. Staff excellent, lovely, especially the poor night desk lady who woke to make coffee at 0600. Dinner a problem ..... from previous experience inadequate, limited 2 choices and requires pre-booking ..... but Ibi. with plenty of choice, close by. Finding the place is not easy although Google Maps plus Navigator will get you there ..... there are 'minor' signs on the various country roads around but not much help in the dark! Rooms spacious, quite comfortable, good showers ..... but sombre ..... the style of the place. We were comfortable and (with 2 visits) like it but it is definitely not for those who wish for a modern, 'all new', with 'buzz', atmosphere. JUst a pleasant, very cheap and peacefu, out of the way, place to stay.

Contentos con el hotel, buena solución para un fin de semana, buenas conexiones para desplazarte a Alicante en coche.
