Good value conveniently located
Pros:

New tvs much better experience. While satellite tv was fairly limited, loved the ability to stream with your own apps

Cons:

I don't have a lot of expectations for the included breakfast at this level of hotel, the provided breakfast was a little short of expectations. Lacked variety.

Mold in bathroom and walls
Pros:

The room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. There was black marks on the wall as if mold and mildew had started on the walls. The bedding was stained. There was mold along the top of the shower unit. Along with mold along the wall where the Mirror was. Walls are paper thin very nosey.
