Lackluster
Pros:

Location was good and it had a lot to park a truck in.

Cons:

Breakfast was lackluster. Out of all the good things and even though there was an attendant for breakfast, she didn’t refill anything. Also, I usually had been able to get a paper copy of my receipt but this time for some reason I couldn’t get one. Ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order, vending machines almost empty on both floors. Crappy efforts on repairs all over the building. I don’t recommend staying here.

Nothing Fancy, little overpriced.
Pros:

The staff was kind, we had no problems checking in, and we had an okay night in the hotel. Breakfast was alright. The lobby looked renovated and nice.

Cons:

Our deadbolt didn’t work on the door, bathroom was very small, you had to stand in the bathtub in order to close the door. Doorhandle for the bathroom was very loose. Shower floor looked like it was covered in mold, covered up with a bath mat. The shower would squeal when it was on, getting louder and louder until you adjust the knobs every 30 seconds. Our pull out couch was covered in white stains, we ended up covering the couch with an extra sheet just so we could sit. Breakfast was okay, all of the juices were very watered down. The ice machine was broken, entire hotel smelled damp but after kicking on the AC in our room, it was better. Bed felt like it was older, not very comfy.

Very nice place to stay when visiting Frederick, MD
Pros:

The location was excellent, less than a mile from the College Graduation.
Enjoyed the continental breakfast!

The bathrooms are small

Clean, but dark
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean. The tile in the entryway felt great to my bare feet. The bedding wasn’t stained. The bathroom and sink were spotless.

Cons:

There was no overhead lighting other than right in the entrance so the room as a whole was only lit by the small lamps near the bed and over the desk. This might not be a big deal to some, but the room felt dark. The bathroom is really small. Clean, but small. The bathtub backed up quickly during each shower.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Location was great for our purpose. It was quiet.

Cons:

The shower head was not attached and couldn't be put back on. We were unable to take a shower in the morning. It seems the cleaning staff should have (or maybe they did) reported it and the room not used until it was fixed.

It was enjoyable. And turned out better than I expected.
Pros:

The location. It was very close to my house which is what I needed at the time. It is also in walking distance to a shopping center with a grocery store. I also liked the snack machines and breakfast

There were minor inconveniences like loud humming appliances.
