This is a convenient, affordable and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, great price. Free breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Nice accommodations, especially for the price.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small, but fine.

Pros:

The room was spacious and the water pressure for the shower was good. The hotel was thankfully mostly quiet throughout the day and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The mattress was pretty uncomfortable unfortunately, it was a great size but without any sort of mattress topper or thick sheets the springs made my back sore each night. Also the shower would squeal when it was in use. I was also a little disappointed about the juice at breakfast being very watered down.

The room they gave us did not have a microwave. It was when we needed to use it did we discover that the microwave was missing. We called the front desk and was told they will provide us with one but I had to call the front desk again after waiting for an hour.
They told us that there was no microwave available but did not have the courtesy to let us know and waited for us to call them again. I demanded that we be moved to a different room. We were told all rooms were occupied which of course was not true. When I started to really sound upset, the front desk guy found a room immediately across our assigned room. He asked us if we used anything in the room. So, after checking in for 4 hours, he expected that we will not be using the beds or towels etc.? Had they been honest enough to tell us there was no microwave, then we would not have agreed to unpack our things in that room. This was a very bad experience. The management should ensure all rooms have a working fridge, microwave etc. They should not wait for customers to discover that something is missing in the room. This is not fair to paying customers. Never will I book again at this location!
