Bathroom was not clean. Shower curtain old and moldy. Blanket with stains. Pool is lacking maintenance. Tiles coming off cause cuts and abrasions to my wife's feet.

Mario was incredibly amiable, and the other man that works throughout the day was as courteous and respectful.
The rooms were in really bad shape, it was too late when we arrived we couldn't find another hotel at that time or we would not have stayed there. The sheets had dried blood stains, the sheets were extremely itchy and rough, pillow cases were stained with dirt, bathrooms were not even clean, old soap bars, pubic hair all over the floor in the bathroom, mold in their soap dispensers,the rugs were filthy, room smell moldy and honestly this was one of the worst rooms I ever stayed. I came back with severe rash after sleeping there. I would never want to go back.
