We tried calling the hotels main number 4 times with no answer. Upon arriving at hotel we were greatly concerned at the state of the building. It has an under new managemenr sign tacked to the front of the building which is unkempt and dirty. The curtains in all of the rooms facing the road looked like someone had been looking out. They were all haphazard and stained looking. Once inside we found a note that said they were no longer serving breakfast and to call another number. The lady that answered the phone at the second number did not identify herself or the hotel. After explaining myself numerous times she finally got that I was calling to check in. We canceled our reservation with this hotel due to general safety and cleanliness concerns. We ended up making the 7 hr drive back home. It was extremely disappointing. You should ask for current pictures and hotel policies.

There was a passed-out man in the stairwell. The facilities had terrible upkeep, and we could hear TVs playing from other rooms. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the beds in other rooms banged against the wall all night. Not even ice was available. Telephone in room didn't have a cord to use the phone. No sign out front to indicate what hotel it was. Cut our stay short and went to a much better hotel.

Once you walk in it smells like weed.

Made my reservation on booking like I usually do many times as I travel for work in my travels I have a service dog not an emotional support animal not a pet a service dog and with that knowledge the gentleman who was checking me in told me they had no rooms because I had a pet I did informed him that it is not a pet it is a service animal and that he cannot deny me a room because of that he then proceeded to make rude comments say it's probably not even a service dog and then after informing him that she is a legitimate service animal and why I have her he laughed it off saying none of that is true they need some real education I honestly hope that this man wakes up every morning and stubs his toe on the couch I did receive a full refund from booking.com they are great and I went down and stayed at the Red roof inn which is very close to this place a very clean very nice friendly place which I highly suggest you stay there instead

What i didnt like was, after driving several hours, at night, on twisting, turning mountain roads, that were under construction and to finally reach my destination (Gallup) only to come up against a height-challenged brick wall with a tattooed neck and a chip on her shoulder refusing me a room.

I didnt like that..at all.

Dusche Müll - kein Druck, Frühstück Müll, alles leer, keiner füllt auf, dreckige Messer liegen dort, wohl für alle, Rezeption kein Mensch zu finden, erst mit mega Aufwand, Maschinen alle defekt oder leer, damit ist für ICE Maschine gemeint, Getränke Automat und snack Automat. Sauber ist auch anders. Handtücher waren nass als wir kamen. Einen Stromausfall gab es auch kurz. Klimaanlage naja, entweder heiß oder kalt. Föhn überhitzt nach wenigen Minuten. Wenn man die Badewanne schließt, also dass das Wasser nicht abläuft, kommt Dreck hoch....
