Pros:

Hvala djelatnici Emi na recepciji na ljubaznosti i pomoći! Soba je bila čista i udobna, doručak jako dobar. Često idemo u Zagreb na par dana i sada znamo gdje ćemo se ponovno vratiti.

Good Stay for one night.
Pros:

The room is a bit dark, and when you enter the room, you need to figure out the instructions for lights since it is new tech (touch screen/digital). The location is at 5-6 mins drive from the city center. The breakfast was delicious, but for the dinner the restaurant is open till 10 pm so we didn't have chance to have dinner in the restaurant so if you arrive after 10 pm you won't find any place to dine around since most of the restaurant/kitchen from the area close doors at the same time. Only bars are open, but no food is offered. we stayed for only one night but overall was good to stay in this hotel.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie zatrzymam się tutaj ponownie.
Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt. Pokój był przestronny (31 m²), nowoczesny, bardzo czysty i urządzony w wysokim standardzie. Duże, wygodne łóżko zapewniło świetny komfort snu. Do dyspozycji gości jest również parking, co było dużym udogodnieniem.

Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, świeże i z dużym wyborem produktów.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa recepcji. Podczas zameldowania musieliśmy chwilę poczekać, jednak recepcjonista zachował pełen profesjonalizm – przeprosił za opóźnienie i zaproponował rabat jako gest rekompensaty. To pokazuje, że hotel naprawdę dba o swoich gości i ich zadowolenie.

Lifetime experience in Zagreb, Croatia
Pros:

Movenpick is strategically positioned with many paved walkways around it. Suitable for travellers who enjoy walking.
I walked across river sava and back. This is a lifetime experience.

Cons:

During the night, when we woke up to catch our flight from Zagreb, we noticed what I believe is called a silverfish on the pillow on our bed. We recorded a video and took two photos of it. We showed this to the receptionist downstairs, who apologized and stated that, as a gesture of goodwill, we would not be charged for parking. The same receptionist asked us to send the video and photos to the hotel's official number, which we did. Afterward, we checked out of the hotel. The parking fee was charged anyway, despite the fact that insects were crawling around the room. So much for cleanliness and a truly professional attitude towards guests."
