Always love the Embassy Suites !
Pros:

I loved the spacious room and bathroom! Everything was clean. The pool was very nice also.

Cons:

I wish they had more options at breakfast. I don’t eat pork and all they had was pork sausages and bacon. More variety for people with different diets would be nice.

Exceptional hotel & value
Pros:

We arrived at 9am and they checked us in to our room for free, offered breakfast; happy hour with veggies & chips that kids loved; big pool and nice small gym; big room w lots of amenities; location w some restaurants walking distance; shuttle to airport for the next day; dry friendly staff; great breakfast; reasonable rate.

False fire alarms, no true apology, no organization in the situation and I had just walked in the door of my 14th floor room when I had to run me and 3 kids with full luggage in our hands back down the stairs. I had asked for a larger room the day before and when I got the message saying the larger room would be available and asked, they were then sold out! Elevators did not work and staff was mediocre. This is the worst Embassy I have stayed at. The next time I cruise from this area, I will NOT pick this hotel.

Te preparan tu propia tortilla francesa omelette.

The room wan not up to par, when we travel we always stay at the embassy suite but now after this stay l might be lookin

That it was close to the pier and not far from the airport.

Cons:

There were issues with our toilet and it took about 4 hours to resolve, also we waited 30 minutes pass check in to get access to our room.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. The breakfast is the best I have eaten at an Embassy Suites. The staff kept everything clean and communicated with the guest. I had an issue with ac Manuel Gonzalez was sent to repair and took care of issue immediately. I would recommend this Hilton property and will stay again. Originally I was booked to stay at the Hilton Tampa Westshore do not and I repeat do not stay at that that Hiltons property.

Our stay was good we felt safe. It was comfortable
Pros:

The employee's were very welcoming. The pool was awesome we spent a great deal on time in it. The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The hotel could use some updating regarding the rooms. I just felt it was an expensive 2 nights and would of liked a more updated room. And then to get charged for parking really!

Perfect for couples
Pros:

Stayed at this location for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Upon arrival Jasmine at the front desk was super helpful in helping us find the perfect room. Clean rooms and perfect location.
