Quick but great stay
Pros:

The location to the airport, our venue, and 2 malls was perfect! We enjoyed the breakfast. We also loved having a shuttle that took us around up to a 2-mile radius! It saved us a few dollars! Overall a great stay!

A pleasant close to our ending. The parking thing didn't go over well.
Pros:

The breakfast and staff was phenomenal! Completely outstanding!

Cons:

I admit I was taken aback about the parking as I've never had to pay for handicapped parking before. I really didn't like that at all. I guess everyone has to make money.

Good location

Cons:

Paying to park is ridiculous when you paying almost 200 for one night. The hallways and room stunk. Very sour smell. Very dirty bathroom floor.

It wasn’t too bad. Just the bed.
Pros:

The view from my room. The breakfast was great! Staff very friendly. I loved how the tv welcomed me.

Cons:

When we got there, there was an issue with the room. I booked a king city view but it said i didn’t in the system. It was saying i had booked a standard with smaller Sq. Ft but same price. But the manger fixed the issue and immediately accommodated me with a bay view which i totally loved. I didn’t like I had to pay extra $40 to stay on property along with what I already paid for the room.
Our bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Always love the Embassy Suites !
Pros:

I loved the spacious room and bathroom! Everything was clean. The pool was very nice also.

Cons:

I wish they had more options at breakfast. I don’t eat pork and all they had was pork sausages and bacon. More variety for people with different diets would be nice.

Exceptional hotel & value
Pros:

We arrived at 9am and they checked us in to our room for free, offered breakfast; happy hour with veggies & chips that kids loved; big pool and nice small gym; big room w lots of amenities; location w some restaurants walking distance; shuttle to airport for the next day; dry friendly staff; great breakfast; reasonable rate.

Should have been better: disappointed

False fire alarms, no true apology, no organization in the situation and I had just walked in the door of my 14th floor room when I had to run me and 3 kids with full luggage in our hands back down the stairs. I had asked for a larger room the day before and when I got the message saying the larger room would be available and asked, they were then sold out! Elevators did not work and staff was mediocre. This is the worst Embassy I have stayed at. The next time I cruise from this area, I will NOT pick this hotel.
