Lovely property nice bar and good food… we met FaFa and had a very good conversation with her about the vacation club…location is very good close to the Tampa airport and the beds were exceptional! Lovely pool

The whole experience was amazing from the front desk staff to the gentlemen who drove the shuttle. The happy hour snacks and drinks were very much appreciated. Amber V. and Christina A. we're so attentive and friendly. I loved the pain killer drink that Amber made for me. I definitely want to visit again:)

I had a great stay at the Embassy Suites in Tampa Airport Westshore! I was with a group that was holding a Conference there in late January 2026. My check-in was seamless and friendly (I think his name was Guy at the front desk), and the price was great. The bartenders, Christina and Truman, were fantastic and always kept the drinks flowing each night with a smile and a kind word. The restaurant/bar area has a great atmosphere and lots of fun. Gabe and Marco made sure we were all well fed at both lunch and dinner (and it was all delicious!). Herb did an amazing job assisting with our Conference details (Coffee, tea, water, AV, etc.). The rooms are spacious and quiet. Maribel made sure my room was spotless and neat every day and the breakfast crew always made sure we had delicious hot food and COFFEE every morning to start our day.

Early this morning I was going ti my car and met Laurin Disanto. I was inquiring about what to do do in Tampa on a cold day with my family.
She was so helpful and fiendly! She told me about the Aquarium and where to find a good theatre!

My wife and I always enjoy the AWESOME SERVICE and great professionalism displayed by Christina. She is very personable and always displays a great attitude. Her and Truman make a great tag team. She is top notch every time and we’ve visited this hotel numerous times over the last three years.

Never made it

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our work group. The front desk folks are so polite, the engineering folks were quick to fix any issues with the room. The bar staff in particular were always so friendly to talk to. Matthew, Christina, Truman, and Amber were rockstars behind the bar! Definitely go see them!

I was here for several months for work and this place really felt like home. From the front desk, to the wonderful housekeeping, engineers who came instantly with any issue or inconvenience, to the staff at the E'terie restaurant/bar, everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating.

Colton and Kyia at the receptionist desk are incredibly kind. They quickly learned my name and would also speak to me upon entering/leaving, call my room to check on my stay, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Frankie and Juan with the engineering team were very quick to address any minor issue/inconvenience I had in my room. They were very kind, professional, and were able to fix the issue quickly. The ladies with housekeeping are true gems. They learn the guests and accommodate any request regarding room service. The staff at the restaurant/bar are TOP NOTCH. Mr. Truman makes the best drinks and is very fun to talk to! Christina is so kind and sweet, also knowing exactly how to make my favorite drink to perfection and striking up conversation! Matt is the "do it all" guy and he makes sure everything runs smoothly from the bar, to the restaurant, and everything in between, he does it all and with a smile! This place and these people have become like family and while I'm happy to be heading home, I'll miss them greatly!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The pool/hot tub are great, the gym is wonderful, the restaurant/bar is over the top (food is fantastic- shoutout to Chefs Gabe and Marcos for feeding me well over the last few months). The staff during breakfast are also wonderful and make the best omelets! If I am EVER in Tampa, I will absolutely stay here!
