Honestly,the restaurant were breakfast was being served was terrible. The floor was sticky,all the food stations were dirty.food on the floor. You had served workers who should be tending to the stations,keep them clean,I stay at Embassy Suites all over the country,this was embarrassing,and Im not overreacting. Show some pride.I watched the Manager walk around and seemed completely oblivious to the mess on the floor and at the station.
Breakfast was very good. It just needed a microwave to warm the muffins. Other than that, it was excellent. The chef lady was adorable. Great omelet and so nice and friendly. I wish I knew her name. You need to promote her with a raise!

Auf der booking.com Seite haben wir ein 2 Queenroomzimmer gebucht welches 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer haben sollte. Bekommen haben wir 1 Schlafzimmer und ein Sofabett. Dieses Hotel hat keine 2 Schlafzimmersuiten. Rezeption war sehr abweisend und wenig kooperativ. Hätten für den Preis ein besseres Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel bekommen. Nie mehr Hilton.

Room when got 60 in room the Facility Maintenance guy explained it was a very old building and water boiler system had to be changed over for heat and doesn't work all the time. Very disappointed at the hotel location. Been a Hilton honor member for a long time this is the worst visit and stay I have been. I switched to another chain after a hotel stay in Maui and came back for location only. But I see it has not changed a bit.
Second thing had to pay for parking and was not told or read about it on booking.

When we checked out we were having a transportation issue and was told the previous day by the lady who checked this in (who was very nice) told us that if we were to have any transportation issues to check with the person at the front desk in the morning. When we did so, the lady in the morning acted like she was insulted that I would even ask her a question about taxi services. She told me to Google it. When I told her what issue we were having with taxi companies telling us they were a few hours behind, she scoffed me and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. She was extremely rude and I'm surprised you have people like that working there.
