Was nothing like how advertised by booking.com, have tried to reach out multiple times to booking.com as the hotel advised this is their issue, but no response :/ Had to leave this hotel after less than an hour due to the conditions being so dire. Extremely unhappy.
The hotel was under construction, which i was not informed about by yourselves, the photos were completely different and overall the place was dirty and unhygienic.
Great location near Piccadilly Station. The renovations going on currently (May 2026) are making a huge difference, but on the third floor you enter an ongoing refurbishment area - although it's boarded off so no safety concerns, Staff were polite and the entrance and communal spaces were great. Security was good when entering the building.
My room, 301, was clean but everything looked like it was last updated in the 1990's. The two beds had mattresses that were utterly knackered and very uncomfortable, the valences were dirty and needed to be washed, as were the curtains. There were two very dated and not very accessible single plug sockets. We asked to move but there was no spare rooms. I'm assuming at some point the room will be refurbished but I cannot understand why at a minimum the mattresses and curtains were not already replaced.
On the first night there our room was broken into and out phones, wallets, passport, car keys and clothes were stolen. The hotel staff were of no help whatsoever as there were no cameras on the second floor. Police were called but really couldn't do anything without cctv. We will never be staying there again. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The rooms were nothing like the pictures on the website, very very small and tired. They could do with a refurb, everything was very old and tired and it was extremely noisy with doors banging and the creaking of the flooring where I assume so old. The breakfast area was clean and staff helpful.
The room was nothing like the website, very small and amenities and decor very old and tired. I tried opening the wardrobe door (which was a mirror) and it hit a big metal bracket sticking out at the top of the main door (which was closed).
