The location and the bed was confortable.
Unfortunately, I couldn't have breakfast because on weekends it starts at 8 a.m. and I had to leave before. The noises from the corridor—slamming doors and people walking, including next door, which I could perfectly hear—didn't allow me to sleep properly.
Really liked the location good access to main shopping area and transport.
Would have liked the room to have a small fridge to keep drinks cool due to the hot weather we had .

Location and staff.. great.. the breakfast was a bit of a let down.. the continental was nice but the cooked food was oily.. hash brown just tasted of oil and was really greasy..the lady who was the waitress for breakfast was really nice.. but the food did not match unfortunately. We left our cooked breakfast and just filled up on the continental.
The location is perfect,the staff is nice and very helpful.The room was very clean and comfortable.Great breakfast with a very friendly waiter!

Room was hot, window could only be slightly opened and not enough air coming. With the window open, came the noise as well. Was difficult getting a good night sleep
Location . Cost
Noisiest bed in the world ( room 101 ) . Could not even roll over without it sounding like a car crash .
Also charged me £6 to store my case on day of departure .
the location is great a ten minutes from Piccadilly Station
There was a fan outside that kept going on and off also I had to go and get more coffee.
The location was great. 5-10 minutes walk from train station.
There was a funny smell in the corridors. They were having maintenance work done on the stairs, so it could have been coming from there.
As ever it's a great place. Lovely room.
