The location of the hotel is great, as you step out the door you are right in the middle of everything. The breakfast each morning was fantastic,
The bar never seemed to be open and it would be nice if they provided a smoking area for those guests who smoke and not just have them standing outside the main entrance door.

Good location, nice breakfast, helpful staff
Rooms were extremely hot, no sockets near the bed, staff took a long time to take breakfast orders
We was given keys to a room that was already vacant we walked into someone else's stuff. Not very good privacy!
After going back to reception to moan nothing was really said and we was given new keys to a completely different floor.
Upon entering our room the bathroom mirror was still dirty.
Really friendly staff, helpful and kind. I felt secure. Desk is manned 24h and the coming in after hours is really secure
The property smells of damp in the lift and rooms. Luckily I was only there to sleep, I spent the rest of my time out and about.
