Pros:

Jay! He was working for breakfast both mornings. And was also doing housekeeping later in the day. Clearly a hard worker.

Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The room was very shabby and neglected. As where the hallways. Clean, so no refection on the staff

Sink was totally blocked which we reported on the first day but it wasn't fixed. Water was either scolding or freezing

Very noise stay. If you're a light sleeper, avoid.
Pros:

Location is good. Very close to the station.

Cons:

It is smelly, dated and incredibly noisy. You hear every time someone is entering your floor or the floor above.
My colleague and I were there for work and had maybe 4 hrs sleep each night.
