Disappointed
Pros:

The gentleman who greeted me at reception was lovely and helpful.
The bed was fairly comfortable ( although I found a dark hair that was definitely not mine)
Shower was ok.

Cons:

Was incredibly noisy, not very clean, windows didn’t close properly so was also cold. The radiator in the room wasn’t very hot so had to sleep with the electric heater all night.
The room definitely needs a good makeover and a deep clean.

A nice room
Pros:

Very hot water for the spacious bath, bed was pretty comfortable so no complaints there and the TV worked fine. tea and coffee in the room.

Cons:

The area doesn't feel overly safe after dark, a lot of homeless very close outside the door on the evening I stayed, made for a very uncomfortable return to the room!

Bad start great finnish
Pros:

Staff were great location brilliant breakfast was good first night had priblems with room and mattress secind night we were upfmgraded free of charge to a much nicer room would deffo stay again
