Cons:

The room has not a normal window or view, just a small window in the celing, and it was at the last level so you have to go 1 floor by stairs not by lift.

Gostei principalmente da localização. Perto de tudo, fizemos todas as programações andando e não tivemos qualquer intercorrência.

Cons:

As instalações são bem antigas, o quarto realmente não é muito grande, mas no geral atendeu as expectativas.

Looks nothing like the pictures, rooms are poorly decorated, windows haven’t been cleaned in years and carpet and towels are full of stains, the toilet seat is so flimsy it bends as you pick it up

The rooms need some TLC
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Poor ventilation, very old bedding and badly in need of investment. Impossible to stay here in high temperatures.

Not suitable if you have a wheelchair
Pros:

Room was spacious and suitably sized bathroom with good access once inside.

Cons:

The building is not accessible to wheelchairs at all. There are steps to enter which was not expected especially as I booked this hotel as it came up as an accessible option.

I have been offered the early checking for free

6 pounds to store my backpack on the last day.
No outlet near the bed.

Overpriced and shabby
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Location is good. Fried breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Twin room was small and shabby - especially for the price. I was expecting so much more in this price bracket - something closer to a Marriot. Instead, it felt like a relic from a different age - an adhoc piece of wood drilled into the windowsill as a 'stopper' for the window; worn carpet that had seen better days; tiny bathroom with no extractor fan (or even a tiny bar of soap). I never leave reviews but, honestly, my disappointment in this hotel compels me to say something.
