The kitchen needs to be improved.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it’s in a good location, which made it easy for me to visit my family. They live not far from the hotel. The staff here are also very friendly.

Cons:

Everything you eat or drink there makes you sick. It was that bad. I had stomach problems, vomiting, diarrhea, and a lot of sweating.

Some days, I refused to eat there because otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to do anything with my day.

They really should take a closer look at what is happening in the kitchen.

Tout le petit dej commandé en avance n’était pas prêt et pas très bon. Les équipes sont pas au niveau. On m’a fait payer sur place alors que j’avais prépayé sur l’application pas cool. Ils sont nuls

מלון ישן ןהחדר כמובן בסיסי אך המחיר מעולה ביחס לתמורה. הצוות מאד חביב ואדיב.
יש במקום חדר כושר צנוע ודי ישן אבל זה היתרון גדול! יש גם סאונה!
החדר היה מאד מאד פשוט, ישן , צנוע ודי נקי.
ארוחת הבוקר - שירות מעולה! ביקשתי תוספת ירקות ופירות וזה סודר תמורת תשלום סימלי. חבל שלא הספיקן לרכוש אבןקדו כפי שביקשתי אך מה שקיבלתי לארוחת הבוקר היה מקסים!

Great place yo stay
Pros:

One of the best places I stayed in Ruanda. Staff, like Angeline, helped a lot. The room was perfect. The hotel had a gym, free to use.

Pros:

I fully agree with the comments so far. If you need an overnight stay, for example on the way from Kigali to Nyungwe, it is survivable and serves the purpose. Definitely not a place for a romantic holiday.

Cons:

Very strange are the windows from the room leading to the common atrium. It would definitely need renovation of all the furnishings, especially the bathroom.

Very good
Pros:

The hotel is perfect stay for a night on the way to nyungwe nationalpark. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly and the kitchen made an exeptional vegi dish just for us!

Cons:

the beds are a bit uncomfortable, but for one night it was okay.
