Pros:

A fost linistit, curat, usor de gasit.
Este relativ aproape de Aeroport Baneasa (20 min pe jos).
Am avut loc de parcare. Intra 2 masini in curte. Sunt locuri si pe strada pe trotuar in functie de noroc.
E o zona retrasa, cu trafic foarte putin, dar ai acces in apropiere la tramvai si bus.

Cons:

AC-ul nu functiona (doar vantura aer).
Tablierul patului este bagat in peretele fals si nu ai cum sa stai sprijinit pe spate. Asta fu foarte deranjat pentru amandoi. Ne-am si lovit capatanele.
Nu sunt prize la pat, pe nicio parte.
Frigiderul e de fapt un minibar foarte mic. Iti intra o apa si un sandwich. Raceste slab fiind fara compresor (pt silentiozitate ma gandesc).
Pe geamul de la baie ar trebui o folie mata ca sa se poata ridica ruloul pt aerisire si lumina.
