Only negative is the parking, which has no proper entrance. Moreover, the hotel is located on a busy throroughfare, so, upon arrival, it was a bit stressful to wait until we had the hotel staff open the gate so that we could safely park. The staff helped us through it, though.
Clean property, rooms very comfortable and everything you need. Service very good, as needed a stay short notice in the middle of the night, and they managed to make it possible for me to come on short notice at 3am.

The hotel is beautiful, a new property but nevertheless with a great history in the vecinity with the old Ambato cotton fabric. Quiet stay and very comfortable bed. The service given by the staff was superb from entry until check out. A place with a fantastic view of the mountains of Ambato and very nice resting spot for the night. Good pressure in the shower for a relaxing time. Recommended.
