I would look around a little longer to find a better place

Comfortable

Cons:

Old building that needs updated. Bathroom ceiling was falling apart. Tiles in ceiling were warped and dirty. Advertised to have hairdryer in room , but no hairdryer. Had to run to Walmart and buy a hairdryer. Staff told me none of rooms have hairdryers. There was a phone in room to call front desk, but wasn’t working.

We would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive to needs. The renovated rooms are very tasteful. Breakfast items were perfect for my needs - good choices. The location was also perfect.

Cons:

The room was clean except for the floor. I was barefoot and noticed my feet were black. I did ask the housekeeping staff if they could mop it the next day and it was done.

Location was very easy to find and has several restaurants that are very close by. My stay was a very good experience.

The staff was exceptional.

It was run down, the room was somewhat clean but the lamps were flimsy and falling apart, patches in the bathroom on the wall were not nice, the refrigerator hinges were weak. No chairs. The outside of the property was just nasty in the back..very trashy. Homeless ppl sleeping nearby. I paid extra on booking.com for right to cancel. Booked for two nights but checked out the next morning and cancelled second night. So far I have not received a refund for second night.

Decent, basic motel, provided what I needed for one night.
Pros:

Unpretentious and inexpensive, bed was comfortable, hot water & toiletries in shower, fluffy towels. I didn't avail of the breakfast items at reception, room TV or coffee machine or tiny swimming pool outside but they are there.

Pros:

Fantastic value, very clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Pool in the middle of parking lot, not heated very cold, Lots of contractors staying at this motel plus lots of long term guests you can tell with all the items outside their rooms.. No mention of coffee or snacks for breakfast but we noticed when we checked out, there seemed to be coffee and cake on offer. Again we weren't told we could have any. But noticed a guest in his PJ having some. Probably wouldn't have stayed here if we realised what kind of clientele it accommodated
