Pros:

Nothing at all, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone !!!

Cons:

The beds had TWO mattress covers which indicates BED BUGS..
THE luggage rack was RUSTED and OLD.The room phone had missing buttons , it seemed like it was taken out of the trash.The base of the refrigerator was RUSTED. The inside security latch was cheap.The room had a MUSTY SMELL. There were empty water bottles on the ground leading up to the room. At night you can tell it was a shady neighborhood. I checked in approximately 530 PM
and CHECKED OUT that same evening at 11PM.

Great Stay at a Great Price
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
While it is not a luxury property, it offers excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was organized, and the common areas were kept in great condition.
The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions.
If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, this is a great option. We would definitely stay here again

The price point & general location are great. The rooms are really clean as well and the beds are comfy. We’ve stayed here twice now.

Cons:

The AC had been off in our room prior to our stay and the room just had a very musty/damp feel to it. The AC unit was also really loud in the room we had this time and I believe the first time we stayed the room had black out curtains. The lights from the parking lot are really bright

Not good the shower had sharp metal sticking out like something broke off

Breakfast was very skimpy

Cons:

Room cleaner i was told it was just remodeled it looked outdated marks on walls corners dirty felt uncomfortable ac old and loud. Wouldn't stay there again!
