Amazing location, even better service and tasty breakfast
Pros:

The location is fantastic, easy stroll into the city Centre of Goreme, parking is easy. The rooms are super clean and the facilities of the hotel are really nice, especially the terrace where you can enjoy BYO snacks and drinks. The best part of the hotel are the staff. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and make you feel like a VIP. Special mention to Osman who went out of his way to give us 5 star VIP service wherever we were in the hotel. I didn’t get the lady’s name at reception but she was extremely helpful when we left our ipad on check out. She organised a taxi to drive it to me to the airport. The breakfast is amazing, we travelled with 2 adults and 3 children and we highly recommend this place to stay at if you plan to visit Goreme

Great Staff and team.. Very responsive even at Midnight.. The location is just perfect.. And Most Important, if you need help with anything or need any information, they are always available.. I would definitely stay here again next time as well.. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.. And The pool is great.. I would definitely recommend it to everyone for a comfortable stay in Goreme..

Cons:

The shower screen needs to be a bit bigger, but it's not a big deal.. Else, everything is just perfect..

Pros:

We could not recommend this hotel more. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I let the hotel know this while booking. They had decorated the room beautifully and left us a plate of fruit. The staff were so lovely and attentive and the rooms were very clean. The location is also really good, it is a 5 minute walk from the town centre and easy to access by car etc. There are also 2 very cute and friendly dogs on the property that I will commend, they are 5 star employees!

Pros:

The staff at Göreme Reva were incredibly accommodating and answered all of our questions and booked tours over Whatsapp before we even arrived! Even giving us a magnet on checkout which was so thoughtful and memorable.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the rooftop to view the balloons and sunrise was incredible, with stunning views across Göreme.
The location was perfect, a short walk to the main area and very easy getting to and from the airport or day trips.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had a gorgeous design. We also loved our balcony area.

Cons:

The only things to note were the pool was not heated and as the weather was not warm it was too cold to use. The bathroom also had very little soap/shampoo so would suggest to bring your own if staying here, but these were very small for such a great experience.

Vistas a los globos increíbles!
El desayuno excelente!
Tuvimos un problema con las maletas y nos ayudaron a hablar con el servicio de reclamaciones.

Cons:

No nos gustó la limpieza de las habitaciones.
Daba la impresión que no habían limpiado los baños.

Lovely with some room for improvement
Pros:

The location, staff and rooms were all lovely although I need more natural light for my makeup and it was a bit on the dim side. Pool was smaller than expected but too cold to swim anyway! The staff were so sweet, helpful and friendly and the hotel dogs were very cute too. The only thing I didn’t love was the breakfast, coffee milk had white bits floating, my mum got a runny tummy after eating some of the breakfast sausages and the quality just wasn’t great, we ate once there but never again. The hairdryer was also making weird noises and my mum said she saw sparks, its probably a health and safety risk so get that checked asap, room 304! Aside from that loved it, thanks for a memorable stay. Oh yeah, views from the terrace are absolutely awesome but mind your step!

Lovely place , would reccomend!
Pros:

Location was great! Staff was helpful,good prices on the arranged tours. Singles beds were great as well as balcony.

Cons:

Some of the staff in the reception didn’t speak English which was a problem if you have early flights.
Pillows were a bit big.
Didnt have hot water to shower all the days but ado I didn’t speak with the reception about it I am sure they would have resolved it or maybe I had to turn on a switch for hot water idk. Didnt bother. Had a great stay apart from

Staff super accogliente e disponibile. Reception h24, tutto lo staff è stato gentile con noi.
Pros:

Colazione tipica turca, buona varietà sia dolce che salata.
Non in pieno centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti.

Cons:

Cuscini.. ma questa è un'opinione prettamente soggettiva.
