A brilliant stay - great staff and amazing location!
Pros:

The hotel was located in an amazing spot for our trip. It was a reasonable price and the staff were amazing and super friendly. Breakfast was also included in the price of the hotel and it was delicious. Great filter coffee too!

Hotel molto bello, con una stupenda terrazza panoramica. Colazione abbondante e molto varia, anche con opzioni dolci e molta frutta. Personale gentilissimo.

L'acqua della piscina è davvero gelida, difficile fare.il bagno. Il phon molto piccolo. Il rappporto qualità/prezzo potrebbe essere migliore, per questo non lascio 10

Pros:

Het is een fijn hotel om van daaruit Cappadocia te ontdekken. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Goreme, het openluchtmuseum en sunset point. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is prima. Het zwembad is niet heel groot, maar prima om even af te koelen en er zijn genoeg ligstoelen.

Cons:

De gordijnen sluiten niet helemaal goed en de trap naar de kinderkamer is voor kleine kinderen misschien wat lastig. Er zit wel een traphekje voor, dus op zich kan het. De moskee staat erg dichtbij en ook ‘s nachts is de oproep tot gebed goed te horen.

Incredibly beautiful hotel in an even more incredibly beautiful location
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, and the room in general was gorgeous and fun to stay in. The shower is huge, and hot water was plentiful and the pressure was good, which is impressive for a hotel that aims to offer environmentally sustainable tourism.

The pool is also very nice, as are the exterior areas in general. Maybe the best part was the staff, who were very helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to use the pool showers to clean ourselves before our overnight bus to Istanbul, after we'd checked out earlier that morning, which is just above and beyond in my opinion.

Cons:

The hotel does have a couple flaws, unfortunately. While we liked the location overall, which was very quiet for the most part, the hotel is located right besides a mosque, which blasted prayers around 10 PM and 4 AM every night, so loudly it felt like we had a speaker in the room. While I appreciate that this is completely beyond the hotel's control, it did affect our ability to sleep as it woke us up quite a few times during our stay. The other thing were the curtains, which while beautiful, were too small to cover the entire windows, which was quite unofrtunate since our room had windows towards the inner courtyard, which is brightly illuminated all night long. That meant I had a bright light shining directly onto my pillow unless I tied the curtain in a specific way to cover only the left half of the window, leaving the right side open and the light shining at our feet instead. This also affected our sleep.

We also had a small problem with the AC, which would give an error code and stop after 2-3 hours of use, which meant we would wake up in the morning to an uncomfortably warm room. However, we notified the staff, and it seems to be a new problem they will be fixing quickly. They even offered us another room, but we ended up not switching since it didn't bother us too much. I would recommend that they keep a fan on hand though, to make sure there is at least a way to coold down the room if this problem happens again.

Pros:

El hotel es una pasada, siempre limpio, el desayuno correcto y el personal super amable, te ayudan en lo que necesites. A 5 minutos andando del centro de goreme, la piscina la disfrutamos mucho estaba muy limpia y la estancia en general fue genial. Pasamos unos días en familia super agradables.

Nada que no me gustara, todo fue genial.

El personal fue muy atento en todo momento. La habitación era muy grande, con zona de estar y jacuzzi en el baño. Las instalaciones también muy completas. Muy cómodo para una estancia en familia.
