One elevator was stuck the entire time I was there, delaying me and others. I learned from other guests that it had been out of order for several days.
Close to the hospital
All good
Very stylish lobby with lots of cozy seating, very clean room, comfortable bed, huge nice shower and friendly staff. We didnt use the fitness center but it looked like one of the best we've seen at a hotel - lots of machines and well appointed. The hotel is right off the highway with easy access to the botanical gardens and Ted Drewe's!
Room was nice and bed was comfortable and clean.
Elevator was down the first day we were here. (It did get fixed eventually )Cleaning staff tried to come in the room while we were here twice.
Nice, clean, pretty, and it was in a good location for the medical appointment we were there for, red robin restaurant right next door.

In general, you need a car to get around St. Louis so this location was perfect-just off the expressway to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but there was a bar and lobby area that had ample and comfortable seating to eat, drink and lounge. I know food is also available, however, there are many restaurants that are right outside the hotel that you can walk over to - King and I being one of my favorite Thai restaurants in St. Louis! Hotel and room was clean, bed was comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.
The room was dirty and has stained bed sheets.
They wanted to double charged me and they said “you booked through booking com.com and went have to change you due to error in our system “

The Front desk ladies have the best hospitality & great service!!
Room was clean and did not have a chemical smell. Bed was comfortable and linens were of good quality. Hotel was easy to locate and I felt safe in area.
The whole family enjoyed our stay
The property and the rooms were very nice. Would def stay here again. Karen the front desk attendant was welcoming at check in, and was also quick to help when we had issues without room in the very early morning. She was swift to get us located into a different room. Mild inconvenience was offset but amazing and compassionate customer service.
WiFi could’ve been a lot better especially since we paid for “enhanced service”
