Mainly, for two whole days we could not get in contact with the hotel manager, we even tried calling him multiple times on whatsapp and mobile phone.
Initially when we arrived, the staff at the reception told us that our room was given to someone else, even though the reservation was in my name. We later checked, and there was nobody in "our room" but the staff didn't know what the pin to the room was, so essentially we stayed there for two nights with no pin. The both of us could not leave the room at the same time, because the door would get locked and we would have no way of getting inside again, to where our belongings were.
We did get instructions via mail and via booking on how to enter, but no VALUE for the pin was given to us, and no one was willing to inform us accordingly, even though on the reception they clearly state that we can contact them via phone number if our check in occurs after 3pm (they explicitly say for every check in to be after 3pm in the booking). When we finally left the room at the day of our departure at about 9am, once again there was noone at the reception, so basically for 2 days we had no contact with the hotel staff or manager, and NO PIN to our room.
We even tried contacting booking via customer service chat, but once again, no help was provided to us. We have proof of calls, and messages

Dies ist das schlechteste Hotel der Welt. Der Eigentümer scheint nur ein Ziel zu verfolgen: das Angebot online zu stellen und das Geld zu kassieren. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Laut Buchungsbeschreibung sollte ich nach Bestätigung der Reservierung einen Code und die Zimmernummer erhalten, doch dazu kam es nie; ein Check-in war unmöglich. Die auf der Website angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht zu erreichen. Ich musste mich an den Kundenservice von Booking wenden; dort gelang es schließlich, Kontakt herzustellen und mir den Code zuzusenden. Doch damit nicht genug: Ich hatte bei der Buchung eine Rechnung für Geschäftskunden angefordert, aber keine erhalten. Seit drei Wochen schreibe ich dem Hotel Nachrichten, erhalte jedoch keinerlei Antwort. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer ist niemand zu erreichen. Ich habe erneut den Kundenservice von Booking kontaktiert, doch diesmal konnten selbst sie nicht weiterhelfen. Es ist unklar, wie es nun weitergehen soll oder wie ich an die Rechnung komme.

I booked the stay because it says the reception is open 24/7 and my train was cancelled last minute. So I was in urgent need to find a place to stay.
Once I arrived, there was no one there and no way to do check in.
The numbers listed at the hotel and in booking did also not work

And I didn't get my refund, although it was not possible for me to get into my room!

- Bei Ankunft hat der Selbst-Check In nicht funktioniert. Das Schloss war kaputt. Es war kein Service Personal vor Ort, nur eine Handynummer, wo aber niemand ranging. Später rief jemand zurück und gab ein Ersatzzimmer. Der Check-In dauerte somit mehr als eine Stunde.

- Es gab kein WLAN bzw dieses funktionierte nicht. Das war extrem unpraktisch auf einer Geschäftsreise.

Niets beveel mij. Het was gewoon vies en goor en onverzorgd geen baddoek aanwezig. Alleen een kleine handdoek geen personeel. Niemand die kunt bereiken om een handdoek of een baddoek te vragen overal onder stof allemaal scheurtjes, kapotte abajour bed was zeer onbekwaam. ‘k heb gewoon rugpijn. Ik zal hier nooit meer verblijven. ik heb veel meer foto’s, maar je kunt maar vier uploaden.

Kein Mensch zu erreichen, kaum am WhatsApp antworten, es war Strom Kabel in sehr schmutzigen Treppenhaus bis in Zimmer welche soll für meine Besuch sein, drin war trockengerät und 60* warmes Luft,Betten auf Seite gelegt kaum 10 m2 BETRÜGER
