Very bad experience – not recommended
I am not someone who عادة writes reviews, but this experience was too much. The hotel did not send me the self check-in code on time, and I had to wait outside the door for a long time. When I finally received a code, it was incorrect and there were no keys available, so I had to wait again.
The staff did not respond either on Booking or to phone calls, which is very unprofessional and stressful for a guest.
The room was not as shown in the Booking photos – it appeared damaged and was not clean. For check-out, there were no instructions provided, and again, no response when I tried to call.
Overall, a complete lack of responsibility and organization. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Die Zimmer waren extrem dreckig, hatten Schwarzschimmel im Bad und Zimmer an der Decke und den Wänden.
Die Zimmertüre ließ sich nicht richtig zumachen.
Im Bad waren alle Bodenfliesen lose und es war extreme stolpergefahr.
Für ein Nichtraucherzimmer hat es extrem nach Rauch gestunken.

Unfortunately I was unable to stay at this hotel despite having a confirmed reservation.

When I arrived around 4 PM (check-in was supposed to start at 3 PM), the key that was supposed to be in the lockbox was missing. The hotel is fully automated with no staff on site, and the phone number provided did not work.

After a long delay I finally managed to contact them via WhatsApp. I was told to come back 2–3 hours later because the room was not yet cleaned. This forced me to cancel professional meetings I had scheduled that evening.

When I returned several hours later, the exact same problem occurred: still no key available. I contacted them again and was then instructed to enter a “staff room” and take a different key from inside.

When I opened the door to the room they told me to use, it was already occupied by another guest. We ended up face to face and the lady inside was understandably very shocked by the situation. This is a very serious security issue.

I was then told to try my originally assigned room, which was open. Unfortunately the room was completely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned or prepared for a guest.

As a result, I had to find another hotel at the last minute and could not stay here at all.

Dirty sheets. Dirty mattress. Mould in the bathroom. No staff present. Boss not reachable on the phone.

Nechutné. Prišli sme v deň našej rezervácie o 15:00 tak ako bolo písané v uvítacej správe od ubytovania. Pred ubytovaním je skrinka na kľúče ktorá absolútne nefunguje, trvalo nám asi 30 minút kým sme sa spojili s ubytovaním. Ubytovanie nám potom oznámilo, že doteraz nezohnali upratovaciu službu a že naša izba nie je čistá - rezerváciu sme robili asi mesiac dopredu takže nerozumiem ako takáto situácia môže nastať. Ubytovanie nám ponúklo dve možnosti: buď si izbu upraceme sami a vráti nám 20€ z našej rezervácie alebo zrušíme našu rezerváciu na booking a vrátia nám plnú sumu - k tejto možnosti na bookingu nie je žiadna garancia... vybrali sme si prvú možnosť. V izbe bol absolútny neporiadok, ku kľúčom k izby sme sa museli dostať cez pračovňu. V strede izby ležala nejaká veľká zvláštna mašina, tu sme museli dať preč, vymenili sme si postelné prádlo a ľahli sme si s tým že sme čakalo kým nám pošlú 20€ - tieto peniaze nám nikdy nevrátili. Neskôr sme si všimli že po posteli lezú ploštice - absolútne nechutné, spať na takej posteli je risk pre vaše zdravie, ak je niekto originálne z nemecka a vie ako tieto veci fungujú tak by bolo ideálne sem zavolať hygienickú inšpekciu. Museli sme si kúpiť iné ubytovanie, hneď sme odišli, pri odchode sme stretli pani upratovačku, ktorá sa nám veľmi ospravedlňovala - očividne za to nemôže ale majiteľ je asi úplne mimo. Dala nám číslo na majiteľa snažili sme sa dovolať, no nezdvíha, nakoniec sme celú situáciu riešili s ubytovaním - napísali nám ževraj sme išli do nesprávnej izby - poskytli nám číslo izby 105 a tam sme išli až keď sme sa začali na izbu sťažovať tak nám tvrdili že sme mali ísť do izby 303 - nikdy predtým v konverzácí nebola táto izba spomenutá. Kompenzáciu sme od ubytovania žiadnu nedostali - absolútna nechutnosť, majiteľ bez chrbtovej kosti by sa mal hanbiť. Určite sa tomuto miestu vyhnite, nestojí to za lacné ubytovanie.

There is no reception. No one there to listen you. Bed sheet was so dirty . I had allergies when i stay there. Something bite on my hand and stomach.

Die Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen, da könnte man mal eine neue kaufen. Und ja, das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber solange alles funktioniert und der Preis stimmt........
