Mediocre at best. Facility is nice. Staff needs retraining.
Cons:

I was required to change rooms twice. The TV didn't work on one and the other was not close enough to the elevator. My bed was not made after the cleaning team came into the room. No idea how that works. For the rate you charge you need to work a lot harder at getting things right. So far, I would say you aren't even close. Must try harder.
