Property was beautiful and very clean.

We checked in and I had previously requested a quiet room away from the elevators. They put us right across from the elevators after I reiterated to them not by the elevators. Went back downstairs, got a new room right NEXT to the elevators. Had to go back down again and show them a map & explain to them not anywhere by the elevators yet again.
During this time, a “security” officer named Brian was behind the desk. He asked us if we liked the superbowl halftime show. We said yes we loved it. He said “seriously? You couldn’t even understand a word he said because it wasn’t in English.” I told him that was a racist comment (we are white). He got really mad and started arguing with me, saying condescending and rude remarks. He continued to argue with me until his coworkers had to physically take him to the back. He then came back out, went to the bar, and just stared at us.
I spoke with Maria who was very kind and said she would speak with him. This is not someone who should work as a “security” officer nor in hospitality.

We won’t be back. I slept with pepper spray on my nightstand because he was very angry.

Beautiful, large hotel.. lots of amenities

I checked in on business. I tried to use our Corp. rate. The lady at the front desk and the supervisor both say you need to apply that when you are booking. I have never needed to when booking from San Fran to Miami. Or Singapore. This is a stupid rule only this location has.

Had a great stay. Literally every person I interacted with was so nice. Blake at the front desk was so helpful despite him having to work on Christmas!! Crystal at the restaurant was fantastic to us, too. Maintenance was helpful when my tv wasn't working. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Front desk staff kind. Beautiful gym and pool. Can't wait to come back.

This stay was one of more than 60 hotel nights for us this year and our second time at this hotel in 2025. We have stayed here many times over the past several years, and each visit has consistently been a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

The facility is exceptionally clean and spotless, and the staff truly set this hotel apart. The teams at the front desk, M Club, and restaurant are all friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs. We would especially like to thank Jacob, Adriana, Megan, and April for their outstanding hospitality and warm service.

We are also very grateful to the front desk team for graciously accommodating our room upgrade request and extending a late checkout, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Their flexibility and thoughtfulness were sincerely appreciated.

We typically stay here on Fridays and weekends, but this midweek visit allowed us to enjoy the evening hors d’oeuvres at the M Club, which was a delightful bonus.

Among more than 60 nights across over a dozen different properties this year, this hotel easily ranks in our top three overall. We sincerely appreciate the consistently excellent experience and look forward to returning again soon.
