Sehr grosser Wellnessbereich mit vielen verschiedenen Dampfbädern, Saunas und Bäder. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Salatbuffet am Abend hat mir sehr geschmeckt.

A beautiful hotel with lovely amenities, but service falls short of five-star expectations.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the lovely spa area and the beautifully designed common spaces, each with its own unique charm and atmosphere, combining modern and classic. The bathroom products were a wonderful touch, and breakfast was a highlight, thanks to the delicious selection and warm, attentive staff. The reception team was also very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay fell short of five-star expectations. Several basic amenities had to be requested, and staff responses were not always welcoming. The five-course dinner was rather average, and despite requesting an allergy-free room, we were given one with carpeting. Extra pillows were also unavailable. Overall, greater attention to detail, service quality and housekeeping staff courtesy would significantly improve the guest experience.

Verrukkelijk 3 daags verblijf in uniek gelegen prachtige natuur van Obertal, Zuiden van Schwartztal
Pros:

Prachtige lokatie juist zuid van Schwartzwalder Hochstrasse. Zeer fraai gelegen hotel, buitengewoon luxe, heel ruime kamer, "sterren"restaurant. Zwembad met binnen- en buitenbad, heerlijke sauna. UItstekend gastvrij personeel. En een prachtige uitnodigende omgeving om rond te rijden en/of te wandelen

Jeder Cent hat sich gelohnt! Wir kommen wieder

Es waren drei unvergessliche Tage – das Resort ist einfach wunderschön!
Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und ausgesprochen sauber, mit einer eleganten, traditionellen Einrichtung. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns auch der Zimmerservice, der sogar zweimal täglich kam.
Der Spa-Bereich war perfekt: wunderschöne Pools und Saunen sowie ein kleiner See. Heiße Getränke und Zitronenwasser stehen für die Gäste ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – wirklich jeder hatte ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Im gesamten Hotel duftet es außerdem wunderbar, was zu der besonderen Atmosphäre beiträgt.
Auch das Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Essen war ausgezeichnet.
Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht und durften den Spa-Bereich am Abreisetag sogar nach dem Check-out noch bis zum Abend nutzen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das Hotel für diese großzügige Möglichkeit!
Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Resort, aber ganz sicher nicht mein letzter. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Nous avons eu une chambre dans les bâtiments anciens, sans volets, sans climatisation.
Ils auraient dû nous prévenir avant.
Sans climatisation par ces chaleurs.. dur dur
