Alle waren sehr freundlich. Personal sehr aufmerksam und essen war gut. Frühstück wirklich alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Ambiente war mega etwas Musik im Hintergrund in der Lobby wäre noch angenehm aber geschmacks Sache.

Fine hotel should be more clear and transparent
Pros:

Overall good service and wellness. Fine selection of fitness courses. Several points of concern or for improvement.

For breakfast we ordered Benedict egg and were asked to pay 5 eur surcharge. This is not much but not normal for a five star hotel.

We booked half board for 3 adults and 1 teenager. The website and confirmation of the hotel led us to believe that it is for all the guests however they told us at the hotel that the half board is only for adults. This is misleading the consumers and lacks transparency. They refer to some “small print” that people would not normally pay attention to.
