Comfortable and Cosy.
Pros:

The bed was the highlight, so soft and comfortable. The room layout is great too. And I really like the location.

Cons:

The last time I was here, a year or so ago, the aesthetic look of the place was different. It was more cosy, more unique. It feels a little more mainstream and similar to other places now. I am not sure what it is, I think they have taken down some of the beautiful pictures they used to have around the place, and the walls are more bare. There may have been more changes that I can't quite put my finger on. It used to feel like a boutique hotel, but now if feels more like a mainstream conventional hotel. It is still a wonderful place to stay, but I wish they had retained more of the unique indivudual style they used to have, which was amazing.

It was okay. A microwave and laundry would actually make this place worth it.
Pros:

Pool table and chess was a nice addition. The cleaners did clean the rooms quite well.

Cons:

Not many breakfast options at the all you can eat breakfast. Dinner from the hotel was a massive wait just for it to come out cold, despite the restaurant being basically empty. No laundry facility was a big let down, reception can wash 10 items of clothing for you for $25 which they said they would get back in 24 hours which is money grabbing. Get coin machines like a laundromat and charge up to $5 for a whole load would be much more fair.
Pool felt needs to be changed, the pool table is not level and need better cues.
No microwave or microwave access made having a fridge in the room useless as there was no way to reheat food.

Dog owners dream hotel
Pros:

The hotel being dog friendly is a big plus for us. Our dogs were so spoilt. The dog roomservice was amazing . The room was clean and the room service was simple but good.

There was beautifully scenic out of the window. The facilities provided were great.The staff were pleasant.

Cons:

There is nowhere to park while you check-in. The explanation about finding your way to the carpark was confusing. The shower was a fun size but there was visible mould on the grouting behind the taps.
