AC Hotel by Marriott Dallas Frisco

Breakfast was excellent. Staff fantastic.

I had a great experience at the AC hotel, I arrived early in the morning hoping to check in, and Lali at the front desk was able to find me a room in no time. I’m extremely grateful! She was very helpful

Hotel was very clean. I didn’t necessarily like the parking, the valet app kept not working, however Lali at the front desk was so kind to help me find the guys to get my car and helped me out with the app. My stay was overall good

Husband and I had a staycation to give us a break from everyday busy life with kids. It’s been over 5 years since we’ve gone away for a night so we were very excited. The AC hotel was highly recommended by many locals. When we arrived we were told breakfast was included during our stay, which I made sure of because it’s one thing we noticed while booking that it wasn’t included unless you select that package. We did have a great experience until breakfast. As we walked in we were greeted by a kitchen staff. We told her breakfast was included in our stay so she placed an order for the kitchen. We helped ourselves to a few things from the breakfast buffet and shortly after our hot breakfast came. We were about to eat when the staff came over and said our room doesn’t have complimentary breakfast and demand I show her my original email when I booked the room. I found the email but it didn’t specify breakfast in the email. The staff reached over to navigate through my email to check for herself. This was such a humiliating dining experience since she already served us our plates. She then came back and said they will just add it, but reminded us 3 more times we have to sign the receipt after even though we weren’t paying. This was the end of our stay and left us with a bad impression of this hotel. We live locally but will not be staying here anymore and will choose somewhere else next time.

Had a great stay at AC Marriott in Frisco, TX. The first person I encountered was Joshua. Josh was so welcoming and friendly. He is an excellent representative for Marriott, as was all staff encountered. I love where the facility is located, within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. The fitness center was very clean and organized. Great atmosphere with great staff.

Been here for business a few times this year and its a fantastic place to stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful. T.J. has been at the front desk the last couple times I've been here and he always has a warm smile and friendly attitude. And he was helpful in providing info on the dining options. Just a nice feeling to walk into the hotel and see a friendly face. I'll definitely be back!

TJ was absolutely amazing. He helped me with the check-in process seamlessly. Make everything perfect. Got me a really good room and overall was a fantastic person when I was checking in. I really appreciate all the help that he gave me. The rooms are also fantastic. They are very spacious. The hotel staff is overall very helpful and very nice. Highly recommended it

TJ at the front desk was so great! Super energetic and easy to speak with, especially after a long day traveling! Rooms are also very clean and new!

This hotel was advertised via a booking website was listed as pet friendly…turns out, that was “inaccurate” information on the booking website. Screwed up a large part of my trip.

All parking is valet, which is a joke. $30-something a day and a built in tipping app that starts the suggested tip at nearly $8.

Breakfast available? Yep. For nearly $20, that is.

Room was the size of a postage stamp, with a weird kitchenette/bathroom set-up.

Lightbulb was burned out on bedside lamp.

They have a restaurant downstairs…yet nothing in the room (either on a menu or on the tv menu) about ordering room service. It was basically unavailable. Even googled what a menu of the restaurant is…and nothing. Nothing came up.

Just a horrible hotel to stay at for work purposes. The valet crap alone put me over my work budget so that’s was a surprise expense that’s coming out of my personal pocket now to the tune of about $150 for three days including tips.

Just one of those nickel and diming places. Never again.

Stayed at AC to be close for a baseball tournament. As typical with any baseball and winning we had a ton of moving around and changes come about. Had to make some changes and got the pleasure of working with Lali, she listened to me and worked with me on adding time/dropping days etc. So glad she was working that day and was able to assist and help us out! We will absolutely be returning there again as the hotel was spotless and her customer service was over the top!!!! Much appreciated!

Dion was very welcoming and made us feel right at home!! First class hospitality! . He is a great Marriott ambassador!! When in Frisco TX you must stay at the Residence Inn or AC. These guys are the best!!!
