全体にシンプルで清潔感あるお部屋。大きな窓からし室内とても明るい。何より、トイレ、シャワーブース、洗面台が独立しており、使いやすく、何より水でベトベトにならないのが快適であった。
シャワーヘッドも最新式で手持ち可！
また、館内のスターバックスが早朝05:30〜開店していて利用しやすかった。
1日目のみであるが、隣室の声が大きく聞こえた。2日目からはなかったが、もしかすると、壁紙薄いのかなと感じた。
備え付けのコーヒーマシンのお水タンクのフィルターが埃、汚れ？が見えて使う気にならなかった。(ここまで清掃に気付けないといけないのは大変かもしれないが)
Did a 24 hour trip for some self-care! Stay was great! Less than 4 minutes from the Spa. Not loud considering they had a lounge on site.
I didn’t like the fact they didn’t have much parking off site.
The location is good, hotel is clean and rooms are clean and as expected. Liked the hotel with my family.
The public parking is tough and needs to be improved. Plea.se include free or provide some public parking.

The staff were professional and pleasant. Beautiful hotel, cleanliness was great.
I liked that it was connected to the other hotels.
I especially didn't like the lack of a microwave in the rooms and that there were no available microwaves for guests to warm up leftovers.
I didn't like that there isn't free parking and the valet service is so costly.
The AC Hotel Frisco is an excellent choice. The environment is modern, clean, and staffed by people who truly care. I’ve stayed twice, and both times the service exceeded expectations. The team went out of their way to return my lost glasses, resolve a parking misunderstanding, and make sure I felt valued. The bar is great, the atmosphere upscale yet comfortable. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are professionals who are good people and provide hospitality in their own way. Parking can be limited, but overall this hotel is absolutely worth staying at for the service alone. Thank you Asifa, Claudia, Stacey and the Bar staff for making time away from home a great experience.

I had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. Thanks to my status, I was granted a late check-out, and the staff was extremely kind and understanding of my situation. The service was exceptional, especially at the front desk, where their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. The quality of the facilities is unmatched, and overall, my stay was simply exceptional. Highly recommended!
Loved everything about this place
Only thing no parking and parking too expensive
We stayed here for one night to get away from the house. There are restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and other entertainment venues within a short distance. The hotel is beautiful and clean, as are all of the AC resorts. Food on property is a plus also.

I was in Dallas/Frisco for the first time for business. I was met with the best welcome, Saint in the front when my uber arrived she was so kind by offering me a water and opening my door.
Then Rameika at the front desk, just continued that great experience by her warm welcome and glowing smile. Your spirit shines and AC is blessed to have you.
