Amazing!

Was ok, first night was sent to a different building which i was not happy about. Then was moved over the next day at the hotel.

Stayed one night here and the property was clean, however the inside was a bit run down. Staff at the front counter were very friendly.

I found the rate they charged for the room was high especially considering the condition of the property and the rates offered at other hotels in the area that had more updated rooms for less. They also charged a 4% fee to pay with a credit card which was disappointing.

The room had an excellent view as we were on the third floor. I went up to the top of the building and could see the ocean. It was breathtaking to see all around.

It was a great experience and good comfort place to visit and stay. Extremely friendly people and great hospitality.

Love this place. Stay it everytime I stay in Guyana!

This is one of the hotels approved by the US Stare department. Sadly we thought this was an indication that it would be an ok stay. We were wrong. Extremely rude service. We had to request the appropriate number of towels 4 times, and only got them because we waited for them for 20 minutes at the front desk. Breakfast was ok but you could have one of two options - ask before accepting what the server dishes up. Room was dirty - there was a broken bottle under the bed. Room was spacious though, and it was nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. The onsite restaurant was nice. There are few affordable options in Georgetown but we will try elsewhere next time.

Not a lot of options as far as food…the area seems to be ok .. bugs were in our room

Better than expected

Perfect place to stay especially if you’re Guyanese. The food is amazing, the staff is super friendly and it’s not too far from Georgetown. This is the only place we stay when we come to Guyana..

Property was quiet and away from the City crowd but easily accessible to Georgetown in 10-15 minutes!

Horrible horrible crappy location and hotel. I'm appalled you even recommended it. It's all about money for you guys. Not going to use Hotels.com anymore, totally totally unreliable and zero due diligence about properties you recommend.

They didn't honor my reservation and told me they were sold out when I arrived and directed me to another hotel. When I got there they told they advised the Caribbean inn staff that they didn't have any vacancy. They wasted my time twice in 1 night and I was traveling with family.

A good stay. Comfortable and very easy to walk around. The market was close , restaurants and taxis were very easy to get.
