A definite must stay.
Pros:

Renee was fantastic. Recommended wonderful food establishments nearby, very nice. The hotel was perfect for our few days getaway. Perfectly located. Room was perfect. AC worked great. Newly remodeled room, getting away from carpeting.
We will stay again if we are in the area.

Our stay was decent but it was kinda pricey for what it was
Pros:

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The rollaway bed wasn't in the room and I had confirmed it the day before.
The beds were uncomfortable.
The breakfast was almost half hour late, and the breakfast room was very crowded and and not very user-friendly.

Good Experience at Best Western
Pros:

This hotel was recently converted to a Best Western. It is in a location convenient to Massena and St. Lawrence river attractions and not too far from Potsdam colleges.
The proprietor was attentive to our needs even though it was a busy time for them with a pro fishing derby taking place nearby.

Check in was as advertised and easy. Room is very clean. Mattress’s look brand new. 5 min drive from Walmart, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and more. 15 minutes from the. Canadian boarder
