Pros:

Staff was very friendly and followed up to see if we were happy with the room and if there was anything we needed. Convenient location right off major road, close to C-train, MacMahon Stadium, university, shopping mall, and several restaurants.

Cons:

Fitness center is limited and could use some newer equipment. Not that it can be helped, but parking can be a little tight if you a driving a larger vehicle. Though not very noisy, the C-train is literally right across the street and may disturbing if you are a really light sleeper and have a room closer to the road.

Stayed here for day surgery at children's hospital location was perfect the place was clean and the staff were good
Pros:

Location was great. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean the staff were great

Cons:

Hot tub was stained looked kinda gross. Coffee in rooms needs upgrade didn't even have stir sticks.

The heat had a bad smell when we turned it on, but it wasnt too cold, so we just turn it off.

Everything one needs in a room!
Pros:

The room had everything one needs for a comfortable stay - nice beds, pillows, microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, reading table & chair.

Cons:

The shower head wasn’t fantastic - I like me a good shower head that ensures adequate flow for a nice shower. Had to turn this severally to find the best flow.

You blow the doors off of so many other places to stay! Please keep doing what you are doing.
Pros:

I always stay at this hotel because it is clean, friendly, and they always go above and beyond to help. The location is great, close to downtown, the C-Train, and perfect places to eat. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job making the rooms perfect.

Cons:

Breakfast is the only thing that could improve a little, but not an issue for me. Eggs were overcooked and dried out for my preference. Still, 8 out of 10 for breakfast. I appreciate it, but it is the only thing that I see that could be a little better.

We probably wouldn’t be back unless it’s renovated
Pros:

Staff were very friendly!

Cons:

Very outdated! We aren’t picky but the place could use some work! We were terrified every time we used the elevator that it was going to break. The pool was freezing and even the air in there was cold. It wasn’t the cleanest place either. Breakfast was a typical free breakfast.
