they told me i couldn’t get the room since i wasn’t 21 but gave it to me bc i pre paid

Bedbugs

People were standing outside our room talking loud and it smelled like someone was burning something outside of my room. The rooms have mold and water spots. The microwave was full of rust around the inside. Had a towel that was filthy. Ask for more the staff member said yes, never seen him again. Same staff member was about to fight someone. One towel had black stuff on it that looked like motor oil. Was wondering why I was sneezing and coughing so badly, turns out the ac unit was filled with dust. Good thing I had my own blankets. Not sure if the when the last time the sheets were cleaned considering how the towel looked. Not saying the hotel should be perfect, but it should be way better than this!!!! JUST RIDICULOUS!!! I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because of the first staff member when I checked in. Was not expecting to have an experience like this. Good thing I won’t be coming back here!!!

Room didn't have a refrigerator for cold food.

The room had a strong smoke smell.

TV did not work, There was a condom in the wrapper in the chair in the room where it obviously had not been cleaned... sheets had stains on them. It was not clean at all.

We picked this room because it was supposed to be ADA handicapped accessible but it was not. The beds are 4 feet off the ground which they did tell us once we arrived to check in. The tub and shower combo is just a regular one. Not handicapped accessible. there were no towels in the room and we asked for towels we never got them. The smoke detector was beeping and wouldn't stop. The shelf was falling off the wall and the chair in the room was so disgusting I would not touch it. I didn't expect much since it was cheaper than most but I had to make other arrangements since my mother couldn't get around in the room being in a wheelchair. I definitely would not stay here again.

The kitchenette had no drain pipe hooked up.

When I opened the door and turned on the light bugs were on the bed. Bathroom towels were not folded. I just left an went to another place.

I wanted to share how disappointed I was with this booking. the accommodations were not as described. Beginning with the security of the room down to the free toiletries. I was so exhausted when I returned from this trip due to the lack of sleep during my stay. I was unable to adequately sleep out of fear that my 2 year old autistic grandson could slip out of the room at any given minute. The request for more towels and wash clothes because only two of each was in a room booked for 4. There were no toiletries, no lamp or ways to charge devices other than what was brought by myself and the microwave did not work. There was no iron provided and every request required me leaving my 3 grandchildren under the age of 6 in an unsecured room. There was no vending machines nor ice machine. The 1 set of washer and dryer did not work. I've never been so disappointed and I have taken photos of each of my disappointments.

I don’t like the location and the fact that people were loud all night, and the sheets were not clean, no tissue, it just was not a good experience at all

Room condition was so bad a refund was requested, but my card was still charged. We chose not to stay.
