One of the best places you could stay in Otavalo overall, with an excellent location but with minor incoveniences
Pros:

The staff were friendly and responsive, the location was perfect as it wasn't near the busiest areas but it was close enough. And I love the decorations.

Cons:

The internet was really bad, but in my experience I think it's a thing in many places in otavalo. Also there was this weird thing with the lock in which you couldn't add an extra layer of security because of the risk of the door getting stuck, and they charged you $20 if that happened. To me that is an inconvenience for customers and a bad design in general. It wasn't a big deal if you read the warning sign but it's not the best experience either way.

Pros:

Top Lage und sehr schöne Einrichtung der Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Steckdose in Bettnähe. Tisch, sowie Stuhl vorhanden.

Cons:

Personal hatte nicht sonderlich viel Wissen bzgl Bussen. Hatte mein Zimmer sehr nahe an der Rezeption und das Personal schaute bis spät abends lautstark Fußball. Nachdem ich darum bat etwas leiser zu schalten, war es möglich zu schlafen.
Es hab Schilder, dass Frühstück angeboten wird und als ich danach fragte, hieß es, es gibt keines. Frühstücksraum war jedoch gedeckt....

O hostel tem espaço bem organizado e toda a decoração é aconchegante. Gostei muito das instalações. A recepcionista Liz foi excepcional, atendendo com muita dedicacao e simpatia. Recomendo a hospedagem.

Heisse Dusche, günstige Unterkunft, ruhig, nettes Personal/zumindest die weiblichen Angestellten, gute Lage, nicht weit zum Zentrum und zum mercado municipal, Terrasse mit schönen Ausblick und Hängematten, zum Busbahnhof ca. 10Minuten zu Fuß

Fenster nur in einen Innenhof, dafür war es relativ ruhig

Pros:

Amo esse hotel. Já fiquei 10 dias aqui a 2 anos atrás e voltei porque amei. É lindo e confortável. Tem um terraço com uma vista incrível. Sempre consigo bons preços pela Booking aqui também.

Cons:

Nada. Estava tudo perfeito.
