Pésimo servicio de todo el personal
Cons:

Después de confirmar varias veces con el personal, a la llegada no sabían de nuestras habitaciones, luego otra persona me contactó pidiendo pagar un valor adicional de $1,90 por la reserva, éramos un grupo de 13 personas nos demoramos en salir media hora y nos cobraron $10 extras, siendo un lunes que no habían más huéspedes, no lo recomiendo para nada, el peor servicio que recibimos en Ecuador!!
