The manager very perfect 👌
Location was perfect, 5 minutes from Sabiha Gökcen. The room was so clean/fresh and It was a big room. Mrs. Dilan was so helpfull and nice. There is also a migros supermarket next door for some groceries. I will definitely book again when i am in Istanbul.

Hotel is very close to the SAW airport, very nice area, easy to get there. I stayed in king room, very big impressive room, I got everything I needed.

The receptionist does not have settings, or does not speak English, all questions must be resolved online
There is only one restaurant on the territory, open from 10 am to 7 pm. If you are in transit and just going to spend the night, then it is worth eating beforehand.
The nearest shop, cafe or restaurant is a 25-minutes by walk
There is nowhere to go because there is nothing nearby except the airport.
There were white stains on the bedspread and decorative pillows.
Check-in can be difficult as the hotel is not easiest to find.
Location to airport.
No breakfast. This was like a business commuter apartment with units for nightly rental near SAW airport in Istanbul. It is located in a business park with armed security at the entrance, so it was a bit cumbersome to enter the park and find the "hotel". Originally when I booked it said free airport shuttle, once booked it said no shuttle. Essentially you can pay for a taxi. Check had no computer, just a person at a desk taking a picture of my passport with their iPhone. Unsure if that was secure. No one was around for checkout. It was more like an Airbnb than a hotel. For the price is wasn't worth the value, cheaper options exist in actual hotels nearby.
Nice, well located close to airport if there’s a need for rest between flights
Not very clean (bed linen are not changed, dusty) and hard to locate if you are walking from airport. No signs and directions
The staff
The location, it is horrible to reach there with the security check and the taxi driver who doesn't know which entrance to take,
I don't really recommend this hotel just because of the location and the stupid security staff.
The crew were so friendly and helpful. I d stay again.
The location and entry was a bit buffling but soon found it. I cant really complain about anything. They give what they promise. And best was rooms were non smoked at all. Loved that sanitary atmosphere.
