Pros:

Very conveniently located and neat. Seemed to be one of the better properties in the area. There were issues like no towels in the rooms, all remotes(tv, ac etc) didn’t work and probably needed new batteries, there was no hot water.

Good rooms. Good service. Restaurent good,but not from morning. Complimentary breakfast to be given . Good locality. Parking space less.
