The Cabin Hotel

Location was convenient for the things in our itinerary. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating and the room was good.
The dining room food was good. I loved the jollof rice it was the best I had in Accra.

Bad experience from the Hotel Manager Dinesh. Billing was done in bad faith. My first reservation which I paid in full for was amended bad on an initial request I made before confirming and paying for the full booking. and then rebooked by the Hotel at a higher rate.

Considering I was at the hotel when this was done, I was surprised, no one reached out to me. The initial booking was also already confirmed and fully paid when the amendment and rebooking at the higher rate was done.

Excellent. I had a wonderful experience. Cozy little spot with goos amenities. Its close to the airport.
Lastly, people are brilliant.

it was okay, i stayed there fo 5 days, it quite and lovely place if you dont want town noices.
breakfast is okay and the staff are well manner and very helpful. we were offered airport transfer and was so helpful.

The employees were consistently pleasant and helpful. Ive interacted with the housekeeper, the waitress, the frontdesk and the driver. Most times you can detect people who are naturally pleasant from ones who try. The employees there are Rockstars!.

Diana at the desk is the best. The only thing I disliked was the breakfast menu because it presented pancakes on it but none was ever available and I was there for two weeks . Overall, everything else was perfect.

Excellent stay and very welcome and courtesy of hotel workers. Had a pleasant and agréable night. Will come back again here at the next occasion

The rooms were not as advertised. The entire hotel was dirty, paint chipped, drawings on the wall. The Bed in the standard room is advertised as a queen, however it is a double.

The staff are extremely rude and patronising. Unwilling to help and kept making their own jokes whilst we were stressing out. The hotel manager decided he would no longer answer his phone after we questioned why his website depicted a different standard to the reality.

The rooms had not been cleaned and after being shown 3 more rooms we realised the that none of them had been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting hotel standards.

Highly recommend a stay at the cabin hotel. Stayed briefly during a trip and the proximity to the airport was so convenient. Diana was extremely polite and helpful

The Cabin Hotel provides a modern,
comfortable, welcoming, and affordable stay. Rooms are well-maintained, with clean bedding and towels replaced daily. Located in a quiet area, the hotel features a small restaurant on the ground floor, open daily until 21:00. Breakfast is served in the same location each morning and is included with your room. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals along with delicious fresh pineapple juice.

Note: Any additional charges at the restaurant are payable in US Dollars, not GHC. The same applies to the hotel’s shuttle service, which costs $20 for a one-way trip to the airport. For a more cost-effective option, using Uber is recommended.

Hotel is neat & clean. Good service. Good staff. Location is good. But bathrooms is small. Need improvement in food quality & range. Prices of rooms are high for this kind of hotel. Overall its an average hotel.

Gym had broken equipment but a clean place w nice staff

The hotel is nice and modern. The service was good. The executive room was nice. The only slight con is that the TV in the room and in the bedroom didn’t work.

I have been in many other rooms in the hotel before, but in that particular room, I realised the bathroom was a bit old, and items were falling. It was worse compared to other rooms. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay

Very clean and quiet place with easy access to the business district and the airport. Quick checkin and out, Staff at the reception endeavoured to explain the different services offered.

Although they advertise that airport shuttle is provided, they did not say it does not run on Sundays!

Comfortable room and good service. The staff is very careful and professional. Very helpful the transfer service from/to the Airport

Breakfast service was good.
Room was crystal clean.
And a very silent environment.
Definitely coming back again.🥰🥰🥰
