Everything good
Pros:

I liked the location very close to the place where I needed to get to my son's games and the food is within reach and great variety, the price and facilities very good

Cons:

I hated that my bed had some blood stains and I was already lying down when I found out that the people in charge of cleaning had not changed the sheets, everything else was fine

Pros:

Clean, well furnished, polite and friendly staff, very nice fitness center.

Cons:

Staff sometimes does not come out of back to respond to customers. An announcement device is needed.
The luggage carrier devices are poorly designed. The tapering of the metal bars hampers the stability of a full load.

Near to Tellico Village. It is a like new hotel with a great breakfast.
Pros:

All the decor looked new. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and was very good

Pros:

Location was great, breakfast was good, and varied from day to day. The room was clean.

Cons:

One side of the bed had a bad smell, like maybe a person with BO had slept there and it permeates the mattress. Otherwise, the room was clean although small.
