Dominique is undeniably one of the most underrated Restaurant Manager in Kingston from his welcome to face time with customers his overall customer was impeccable!! The breakfast was 10/10 I think he might cooked it himself but her won't say lol! 😂 no seriously please stop by because you won't regret the experience at all! Ohhh btw I'm actually staying here and from the day I check-in it was pure bliss! Don't walk run over to the AC HOTELand see fi yuh self!!!

Alexandra made my stay at Ac hotel memorable. After a long day coming back to the hotel she checked how my day was and also took care of my meal. She remembered my allergies. She’s a very pleasant hostess.

My experience at the AC Hotel Jamaica was absolutely out of this world! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcome. Everyone was so friendly, and you could tell that the staff genuinely enjoyed what they do. Every interaction was met with a smile, which made our stay even more special.

A special thank you to Romario, who was exceptional during the checkout process. I ran into a few issues, but he remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. He went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out, and his kindness and excellent customer service were greatly appreciated.

I would also like to recognize Racaida, who was incredibly helpful. I was attending a wedding and needed a steamer for my dress, and she promptly arranged to have one delivered to my room. Her willingness to help and attention to detail made a huge difference.

Another special thank you to Shaleisha, who was always available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. She made it clear that if we encountered any issues, she was more than willing to help and assist quickly. Knowing that someone genuinely cared and was readily available to ensure we had a great experience was incredibly reassuring and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, this experience was truly out of this world. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team exceeded all expectations. Orlando was fantastic! When all the other staff looked passed us he came to our table and took our order, and let us know that the kitchen would be closing in a few minutes.
