AC Hotel by Marriott Kingston, Jamaica

Hakeem, the chef, is the bomb! I ordered salmon and it was done to perfection. I asked for the chef, as the salmon was prepared to my liking and the vegetables were fresh and not overly done. Good job Hakeem and definitely will be coming back for the food and outstanding service. To top it off, Shane, the bartender lived up to the expectation! I had the passon drink cocktail and then Shane introduced me to the spiced cranberry drink as well. Shane was very attentive and to other quests as well. It was a Friday and they kicked off the weekend with music to set the vibe. Really great food, drink and vibe to set the weekend right after a long weekend of hard work. Good job guys and I will be back!

Went to the AC Hotel to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday, This hotel was on my bucket list of hotels to stay at while in JA. This place did not disappoint, from the moment we arrived to are departure day everything was on point. AC Staff from Aerial the Events Room coordinator to Nicole the Hostess who was always happy and cheerful to the Demore Walters the Executive Chef, they did an outstanding job.
Thank you Aerial for all your help decorating my dad's room, everything looked perfect. Thanks to the staff for all their hard work. You all deserve recognition.

EVECUTIVE CHEF DEMOR WALTERS. This young man excels in his job. I have never meet someone who does such a GREAT job of making his customers happy. One morning I asked Nicole if there was any yam on the menu. she said she wasn't sure she would ask the chef. 30mins later she came out with a plate full of yams. That was the best yam i had ever tasted. My dad ask for some Cornmeal porridge one morning. Chef Demor went out of his way to make my dad a big bowl of cornmeal porridge. That porridge was so good. This young man deserves an extra special recognition.
Everybody who is vacationing in Kingston stop by the AC Hotel you won't be disappointed.

Our experience at the AC Hotel in Kingston JA was second to none. The properly boasts a beautiful lobby, very clean rooms, an exceptional kitchen, and a lively bar scene. In particular, we loved our experience with the restaurant manager, Dominique Duncan. Dominique not only gave is great service while dining, he provided us with endless recommendations that proved invaluable while exploring the island. He was wonderful with our children too. Our son still talks about the experience. It’s no wonder Dominique holds his position at a top notch hotel. As an Ambassador with Marriott, I must say that the hotel and Marriott family is fortunate to have Dominique at this hotel. He himself is an ambassador for your brand and business. Thank you AC Kingston and Dominique!

Alexandra the Hostess was absolutely phenomenal. Her service and personality was great and I will be back again. She made me feel at home like family in Jamaica with great travel assistance.

Alexandria absolutely is an exceptional hostess who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. She gave amazing recommendations on food and activities. We’ve been to Jamaica plenty of times but she

Alexandria the hostess is AMAZING. Alexandria greets my mum and I with a smile as warm as the Jamaican sun. She makes us feel welcome every time we stay with a welcome home. It is always a pleasure to see her and it makes me feel like I am truly coming to my home.

Had an incredible experience at the bar at the AC Marriott Kingston thanks to Prince. My friend and I sat down, looked over the menu, and I mentioned I was craving something spicy. Prince immediately engaged, asked a few questions about my taste preferences, and said he was working on a drink he wanted me to try. What he created was easily one of the most amazing cocktails I’ve ever had; with scotch bonnet as the star of the show. Bold, balanced, creative, and absolutely unforgettable.

Not to be outdone, my friend asked if his cocktail could be infused with mint, and Prince somehow managed to create the second best drink of the night right after the first.

I’m writing this review for two reasons:

1. Those cocktails deserve a permanent spot on the menu.
2. The customer service we received was beyond 10/10.

Prince’s attention to detail, creativity, professionalism, and ability to create such a personalized experience truly stood out. He didn’t just make drinks ; he created an experience. AC Marriott Kingston is lucky to have him behind the bar.
