AC Hotel by Marriott Kingston, Jamaica

The food was great and the service Shaair provided was excellent. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back!

I love everything!! The ambiance, the staff the menu selection the whole hotel was great.

I enjoyed visiting the lounge. Shaair was an excellent server who was patient while we dined chatted and did not feel like we overstayed our welcome. My vegan dish was excellent they tailored it to my needs.

Great hotel. Great customer service. Clean rooms. Good food. Shane is the best bartender 100/10!!!! Ready to book my next trip!

This was amazing I am surprised how amazing the service is as we entered we were greeted immediately and Shaair our waiter was absolutely amazing. The bartender Amani also came to check if we’re enjoying our drinks and I was shocked at how delicious the food for sure a a 10/10

I visited the lounge at AC Marriot for an evening business meeting. Shaair was our server. He was prompt, helpful, humorous and accommodating. This was not my first visit to the AC Lounge, but it was certainly the best customer service experience I have had.

Side bar: the Espresso Martini get 5 stars!
