⭐ Muy buena ubicación y excelente atención del personal.
Pros:

Segunda vez que me quedo . Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Desde la recepción hasta el resto del equipo, todos fueron muy atentos y profesionales, haciendo la estadía muy agradable.

Cons:

Como sugerencia de mejora, podrían revisar la calidad del café disponible en las habitaciones y cuidar algunos detalles de pintura y aseo para mantener el nivel general del hotel. También tuve una situación curiosa: no encontraba el control remoto de la TV y finalmente apareció debajo de la cama 🙈.

Pros:

great location for us as lovely neighbourhood close to Chamberí and easy walk into Justicias/Chamberi etc
clean rooms if a little small but still unsure how it can be labelled 5* given the lack of facilities - big beds with so-so bedding and poor A/C when used with ambient lighting from all the USBs/TV/AC that was so bright it had to be taped over to darken the room!
good hotel for a few days max but not remarkable in any way

Wonderful Stay for First Time in Spain
Pros:

It’s our first time in Spain and with a larger family it was very challenging to find a room setup that offered privacy but also connection so we’d be able to be with the kids and ensure they were ok. This hotel offered 3 rooms connected by a corridor which was entirely safe and still gave our family of six each their own space to sleep, shower and hang out.

From the moment we walked in the bell hop and reception were incredibly warm and friendly. They were so kind and willing to help with the kids. Additionally when we reached the room they left fruit, cookies and treats for the kids which was a wonderful touch and so appreciated by the kids who got off a long flight.

The neighborhood is safe and incredibly charming with restaurants in walking distance as well as shopping and other experiences.

We stayed at all sorts of 4 and 5 star hotels but Barcelo Emperatriz tops them all. I booked them for our first night and also for our last night and the kids are so excited to end their trip on a high note. It was truly a remarkable experience.

Para ser un 5estrellas no entendimos q no había nada en mini bar, tv se veía mal, el colapso x visita del Papa nos dijeron q fuéramos hasta la esquina de arriba a buscar un taxi nosotros mismos con maletas y todo ya q íbamos de salida al aeropuerto… sabiendo la agenda papal tenían q tomar previsión y gestionar los taxis requeridos para ese día
