Expect it to be more like a 3-star hotel.
Pros:

Good location, but otherwise nothing special. It’s a very small hotel.

Cons:

The rooms are very dark. There are not enough staff working at breakfast. The staff are new and still inexperienced. The restaurant is small, hardly anyone is working, and the service is very slow. The terrace and pool are small and unattended. The gym is like a small room. I don’t know how they got 5 stars.

Convenient start to Marathon, great breakfast and all staff helpful. Good dinner with limited menu. Good bar TV for watching Champions League. Good neat housekeeping.
