Pros:

El personal es muy atento, éso nos gusto mucho, sus áreas verdes están muy lindas y la vista es preciosa.

Que no vende nada el restaurante fuera del horario de desayuno que es de 8:00 a 10:00 am tampoco nos avisaron al llegar que es el único horario de alimentos, que si quieres comer algo tienes que moverte en auto porque el hotel está completamente aislado de todo, las instalaciones de luz para conectar lo más simple cómo es un celular está muy abajo y escondido, tuvimos que comprar una extensión para hacer más amable nuestra estadía, tampoco hay servicio de lavandería, por lo que la gente tiene que ser muy previsora de llevar bastante ropa si desea quedarse varios días. Si tuviera restaurante por lo menos todo el día y servicio de lavandería sería más adecuado para quienes sólo deseamos descansar y pasar varios días. En medio de la naturaleza.

Pros:

Quiet, lakeside accommodations with decent pool and decent restaurant. The buffet breakfast was good. The pool tables and air hockey was great to have in the restaurant.

The hotel is apparently the oldest in Catemaco and the facilities could use some upgrading.

Safe Tropical Oasis minutes from Catemaco with beautiful pool, right on the lake
Pros:

I loved the pool and the calm tropical ambience.
It is wonderfully pet friendly ♡♡♡ They allowed guests to visit and swim for an extra fee ( for the swim)

El mejor lugar, que puede mejorar.
Pros:

De estilo de los 70s del siglo pasado, pero bien conservado, es el lugar ideal. Limpio, cómodo, el desayuno muy bueno, a un lado de la laguna y cerca de Catemaco. La alberca limpia y el personal amable y atento, resolvieron al momento una solicitud de mejor iluminación en la recámara. Regresaría sin dudar.

Cons:

Permiten que algunos huéspedes u otras personas que llegan pongan bocinas con el volumen altísimo, con música de muy mal gusto. Esto ocurrió en el area de alberca y era muy incómodo. Pedimos a la recepción que se atendiera el asunto del volumen excesivo. De la recepción les llamaron la atención y le bajaron una rayita por 5 minutos y luego volvieron a subir el volumen.

No lo recomiendo. La ubicación es pésima. Las habitaciones no están limpias ni las sábanas. El wi-fi no llegaba a la habitación. El personal no brinda información turística. Está mal iluminado y la alberca está sucia.
