Could be better.
Cons:

Being asked to pay a security fee even after fully booking and paying for the room prior.
The person i met at the reception insisted that I had to leave behind my card details and make a payment. It was u til I threatened to leave that he eventually let me stay in the hotel. It was quite annoying because I was traveling with 2 children - 6 and 7 years old.

Ok-ish hotel to explore San Francisco for a few days
Pros:

Close to BART station Oakland city center. Free coffee and tea. Clean rooms, nice shower.

Cons:

Streets to and in front of hotel are not so clean and sometimes with homeless people. But not the fault of the hotel

Cons:

The outlets my the beds didnt work, so couldn't plug anything in. The shower pressure was not the best. The view from our room was laughable.
