Welcome Greeting to Start a Great Stay
Pros:

Kayla at the front desk! After a long travel day, it was wonderful to be greeted by a big welcome, with answers to our questions. The room was spacious and beds comfortable.

Pros:

Desk staff - all three shits were fantastic - very helpful.

Cons:

Mattress too hard. Asked for an extra bedspread to use to pad and did not get it.
