A nice place to stay in downtown Oakland.
Pros:

Desk staff - all three shits were fantastic - very helpful.

Cons:

Mattress too hard. Asked for an extra bedspread to use to pad and did not get it.

Could be better.
Cons:

Being asked to pay a security fee even after fully booking and paying for the room prior.
The person i met at the reception insisted that I had to leave behind my card details and make a payment. It was u til I threatened to leave that he eventually let me stay in the hotel. It was quite annoying because I was traveling with 2 children - 6 and 7 years old.
