Cons:

Ужасный обслуживание вообще нету сервис у мужа было день рождения никакой торт они обещали торт шампань ничего не было никакой поздравления они ужасные просто обслуживают во время завтрак не работала кофе аппарат не было никакой сладости никакой Nutella но если это пятизвездный отель это вообще ненормально
И ещё очень грязный окно

הגעתי מאוחר בלילה, אבל קיבלו אותי בחיוך ובברכה ואפילו שידרגו לי בחינם לחדר שווה עם נוף מהמם לעיר.
לאורך כל השהות ניכר היחס החם והשירות המצוין מאפס עד מאה בכל מקום - בקבלה, במסעדה, בספא.. כולם פשוט אדיבים וחייכנים ורק רוצים שיהיה לך טוב 😌 אפילו הטלויזיה אמרה לי שלום 😝 הספא היה מעולה - אחד המסאז׳ים הטובים שעשיתי.
המקום נקי מאד, מטופח לפרטים הקטנים ובמיקום מושלם דקה הליכה מכיכר החירות. שווה מאד את התמורה יחסית למחיר. ממליצה בחום 🙏🏼

гостиница красивая и новая. но супер впечатления произвело СПА Harmony, очень приятная девушка Тамара, помогла даже в вопросах не какающихся спа. а если касаемо специалистов, то Жанна - это специалист высшего класса по массажу, ни в одной стране мира так не делают массаж, не только профессионально чутко, но и со всей душой. советую всем посетить и сразу поймете что это что то особенное. теперь я буду приезжать к ним исключительно из за Жанны

Cons:

I've chosen this hotel because of the SPA, but when I was checking in, the man at the reception desk told me that it wasn't available because of technical issues. I was disappointed, especially, about the fact that no one told me that fact before. But next morning to my surprise it was working, but unfortunately, I got only one last hour to visit spa, and about 40 min I was waiting for the sauna to get warm.

I was expecting better service from Wyndham team.
