достался номер без окна на улицу. Окно выходило в лобби. Из-за этого в номере круглосуточно было темно. Основной свет тоже тусклый, в связи с этим крайне сложно работать. Да и в целом без дневного тяжело. Странно, что в отеле такого уровня есть такие номера. Номер с окном считается повышенной категорией и оплачивается дополнительно)
В основном отель неплохой, месторасположение отличное, очень чисто убирались каждый день.

Our stay lasted seven days in total. The hotel staff was outstanding and provided great assistance. The hotel facilities are superb and properly maintained. We very much enjoyed the breakfast.
This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again we had a very pleasant experience. Overall, everything was excellent. The view from the panoramic room was amazing, the breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
However, there were a few things we didn’t like. On some days, the women responsible for cleaning were not very polite and did not clean our room thoroughly. One day, the bed sheets were not changed or even touched at all. After we spoke with the manager, the cleaning improved, but during our two-week stay we never saw a vacuum cleaner used in our room, which is not acceptable.
