Pros:

Location

Cons:

Random people opening the door of my room at 4AM due to some issue with the hotel software. They re also surprised that the room is occupied. Next day one of the members of the stuff sent me a honey cake as an excuse. Completely weird.
Cleaning ladies always messed up leaving no slippers after servicing the room.
And two days later my keys stopped working and I had to chase reception to fix them.
Overall not even close to 5* level.

Pros:

Location

Cons:

Overpriced for what you get. The room felt quite small, and considering the price point, I didn’t find it particularly good value for money.

Comfortable central hotel but little character
Pros:

Excellent location to visit attractions. Nice comfortable room

Cons:

The staff were pleasant but pretty inexperienced and didn’t seem very knowledgeable. A smart hotel with no soul.

Pros:

Cons:
