Small swimming pool , limited working hours for room service, concierge,
Excellent location, just few steps from Freedom Square. Breakfast was rich and varied, with both sweet and savoury options. The room was spacious and well equipped with a minibar and coffee/tea maker. The staff were kind, friendly and always available to assist. I also enjoyed the Lounge Bar & Terrace several times; the menu was extensive, with a great selection of both drinks and food. I also requested the paid airport transfer service, which was convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Location
1- housekeeping was horrible. They don't service the rooms during day time when we are out , the remove your towels and don't replace them . Take away your room access cards if they find it in the room. Took my toothpaste and brushes , took the slippers and don't replace them. They keep uses dishes and cups and don't replace them.
2- during a rainy night there was a big leaking from the celling and engineers said can't do anything because it is through the concrete. The reception refused to change the room. I have videos with me might even post them on social media
