Very close to Cedar Point. Staff were very kind, polite and friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows, great water pressure.
Pretty run down; older building , loud people at night; screaming/shouting and fighting until very late, door didn’t seal, you could see daylight and feel heat coming from the door. Carpets were dirty, bed covers had holes, mattresses didn’t have full coverage protectors.
Flying insects in the room. Tub filled with water while you showered. Transition into bathroom was sharp and hurt feet if you stepped on it. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were accessible to guests, which made us nervous to use because anyone could put anything in them.
Super clean, we felt safe. Employees were marvelous!
I had no complaints what so ever
The warm cookies and milk from in the evening were great. The woman running the breakfast was amazing. She made sure my children had the pancakes they wanted. Rooms are a little dated but still clean and comfortable. The pool was nice after a long day at Cedar Point.
Staff was excellent, especially Rhonda in the morning taking care of our breakfast needs !!
Staff made beds during the day while we were gone, extra towels were left
Rm 128, no fire alarm (missing), toilet was tiny, like a kids size ! And, it didn't flush correctly, you had to lift the tank top.
Location - great... close to cedar point.
Price - fraction of the price of a cedar point resort
Free breakfast - you don't get that at a cedar point resort (even though their prices reflect that you should get that!)!
Room was comfortable and clean.
I didn't like getting hit in the face by the stone thrown from the trimmer used by the guy "weed whacking" around the parking lot. It hit me about a half inch from my eye. Thankfully it did not leave a mark but it just missed my eye which I think could've/would've been a bad situation! I thought about saying something to someone in the office but it didn't actually hurt me or leave a mark-it stunned me more than anything.
The location was great. Close to cedar point and tons of food options near by.
Our fridge had someone's food left in it and it wasnt cold at all. So we threw the food out but it smelled horrible. There was hair left in the tub and it didnt drain well at all. Dead bugs all over the air conditioner and window. The blankets were not soft and comfortable at all. The remote wouldn't work well. I try not to be too picky but alot of it seems like the room wasnt cleaned. Or at least not cleaned very well. I know it was one of the cheaper hotels but we still paid $100 for one night so expected it to be comfy and clean. it had good reviews so I was very disappointed to see all of this.

Parking and door numbers , too small
When we booked the hotel room, we booked a king size room with one king bed, but we wanted it away from the roadside. It happened to be the room closest to the roadside immediately went to the desk and the clerk had no problem whatsoever changing our room, she gave us a room with two queen size beds on the very back of the property by the pool, which was actually so much nicer. It was just my husband and I we were there for bike week and it made it perfect she did not shrug or give me any grief whatsoever their entire team at that hotel was so very kind even in the morning breakfast we had an excellent young lady help us with our pancakes served with a smile and a very happy attitude about her job. We will return next week for bike week and we will be staying there, but we will be staying longer we were only a 24 hour guest and they were so accommodating as if we were staying for a week.
The pool is not heated, but it was clean. The grounds are immaculate. It’s an older hotel that’s super eight by Wyndham took over but they do play music by the pool again. The pool was very clean.

The front desk was extremely nice, checking us in and even through the process of changing rooms due to dirty, unsafe, damaged property inside the room. They understood that it wasn’t acceptable for us to stay in that room and switched us with no hesitation.
Our first room wasn’t even cleaned. Had flies all over the room. The main mirror over the sink was shattered, and the trim around the mirror was hanging off with exposed nails. So we went to the front desk and asked for a different room, hoping things would be different. And we thought wrong. The second room also had flies all over. The trim around the AC unit in the room was hanging off of the wall with nails exposed. There was burn marks from a cigarette on our bed and the room reeked of cigarettes smoke when online it claims to be a smoke free hotel. Pillow case were dirty. And there was mold starting to form on the ceiling. Needless to say we did not stay there. I requested for my money back from booking.com and found a different hotel that was much cleaner and safer for my family. The pictures online definitely catfished us. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was a great addition for the price of the stay. The staff was friendly. The location is perfect!
The bathroom light isn't working. The room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke.
