Pros:

Be sure to confirm reservations - there was some confusion about ours. The owner does not speak English so communicate through Expedia. The hot water was not working (was fixed eventually) and the place was a bit difficult to find. However, it was clean and comfortable - there was even a hot tub with jets in the bathroom. The owner tried very hard to help us. I would recommend staying, just keep the above in mind.
