Recently stayed here, in the middle of ComicCon, for a family vacation. The staff are wonderful and breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The facilities are clean and I appreciate that they do not charge for parking or WiFi. The location is convenient in terms of many dinning options nearby and easy access to I-805, which connects to I-15 and I-5. The pool is small but it has an accessible lift and two cabanas, lots of lounge chairs and high top tables and chairs, making it a good option for unwinding.
The rooms were quite clean and spacious; we had rooms with two queen beds and they did not feel cramped. It would be helpful to have more than one chair in the room—might help with space to only have one but if more than one person is in the room, that’s a challenge. The beds were comfortable. The room darkening blinds work really well so another lamp would be nice for brightening the room at night. The location of the coffee bar is a little challenging to reach for people with mobility issues. The addition of the nightlight in the bathroom was really helpful. The only difference between the accessible room and a non-accessible room is a visual and audible doorbell; shower chairs are available upon request but grab bars by the toilet would be helpful.
The friendly staff and comfy bed
First off my husband and I along with our toddler son didn’t check in till about 7 / 8 pm because all we needed the hotel for was a fresh shower and sleep and when I was showering there was absolutely NO conditioner. Idk how you guys could not have the ability to make sure the products are filled even when we checked in so late. And to top it off my husband calls while I’m in the shower to tell the front desk we have no conditioner and lets them know I was in the shower in hopes of some urgency and NOBODY EVER CAME. that’s insane to me. Also we’ve been staying here 4-5 years and the continental breakfast is always something we love and this year’s was just mediocre which also didn’t help my stay.
Located near a variety of restaurants and a target for any last minute necessities. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the rest of the amenities!
Lot of food options for breakfast. Quiet despite being in the middle of activity. Close to everything (stores, restaurants). Nice lobby, clean gym.

Good variety and clean
There was a juvenile water polo team on my floor that was loud all the time, making it difficult to rest. The fault lies with the parents/coaches but ultimately no way was it peaceful.
