NOT THE BEST STAY, BED WAS LIKE A ROCK AND UNCOMFORTABLE.
Pros:

BREAKFAST WAS UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE, NOT ENOUGH FOOD OR FRUIT. THE JUICE DISPENSER WAS A MESS AND SOMEONE COULD HAVE SLIPPED, THE JUICE WAS OVERFLOWING ONTO THE COUNTER AND FLOOR., UNSAFE.
HOT WATER DISPENSER WAS EMPTY, TOASTERS OR WAFFLE MAKERS WERE NOT ENOUGH FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE HAVING BREAKFAST, IT WAS A LONG WAIT TO MAKE A WAFFLE OR TOAST.
HOWEVER THE STAFF WAS NICE BUT WERE OVERWHELMED.

Cons:

THE MICROWAVE AND STOVE DID NOT WORK IN OUR ROOM WE HAD TO COME BACK TO THE LOBBY TO USE THE MICROWAVE, INCONVENIENT.

Pros:

Couple hundred bucks on a Saturday in September. Clean hotel. Rooms are modern. Digital wall thermostat. Shower had good soap and shampoo. Good buffet in the morning.

Pros:

My family and I stayed here, it’s less than 5 minutes from a shopping center with plenty of dining options. The room was super spacious, with great amenities (a kitchenette equipped with essentials). The room was very clean. Also breakfast had plenty of choices for the family. Hotel is about a 14 min drive to Sesame Place which is the main reason we stayed.

Booked in a room that was not available or properly cleaned. Bathroom/ bathtub filthy. Bugs, dirt, hair. When I called down (after I waited 45 minutes for them to “clean” the room with my sleeping/tired 2 year old) I was told that there was nothing that could be done because the cleaning crew had gone home. I asked for someone to bring up cleaning supplies for me to clean the tub out myself. A front desk member came with supplies and ultimately offered to clean the tub although this is not her job. I contacted Expedia because there was no front desk manager to assist onsite. Expedia refused to help me because the hotel would not refund my stay. Expedia decided I needed to abide by the no refund or cancellation policy despite my unacceptable experience. All of this was taking place around 9-10pm and moving my hotel with a toddler after being at the amusement park all day was not an option for me as I was traveling alone.
